Abstract: The disclosure provides a detection substrate and a detection device. The detection substrate includes: a base substrate including a photosensitive area and a peripheral area surrounding the photosensitive area; a plurality of organic photodetectors on the base substrate which are arranged in an array in the photosensitive area, the organic photodetectors each including a first electrode, an organic photoelectric detection function layer, and a second electrode which are stacked, and the second electrodes of all organic photodetectors being integrally arranged and extending from the photosensitive area to the peripheral area; and a bias line, the bias line being a strip-shaped line extending in a first direction in the peripheral area, the bias line being electrically connected to the second electrodes in the peripheral area, and the minimum distance between the bias line and the organic photoelectric detection function layers in the second direction is greater than a preset threshold.

Abstract: A ray detector substrate includes: photodetectors including first photodetectors and second photodetectors; and dimming portions including, at a side of each first photodetector away from a substrate, a respective first dimming portion, and, at a side of each second photodetector away from the substrate, a respective second dimming portion. A second scintillator layer is configured to convert part of rays into a first radiation fluorescence. A first scintillator layer is configured to convert another part of the rays into a second radiation fluorescence. The first dimming portion is configured to reflect the second radiation fluorescence, and to enable the first radiation fluorescence to pass through the first dimming portion to be detected by the first photodetector. The second dimming portion is configured to reflect the first radiation fluorescence, and to enable the second radiation fluorescence to pass through the second dimming portion to be detected by the second photodetector.

Abstract: Provided is a pixel sensing circuit, including a signal generation sub-circuit, a reset sub-circuit, an amplification sub-circuit, and a read sub-circuit. The reset sub-circuit is configured to provide a signal of a first power supply line to a first node under control of a reset signal line. The signal generation sub-circuit is configured to detect a light signal and convert the detected light signal into an electrical signal. The amplification sub-circuit is configured to provide an amplified electrical signal to a second node according to a signal provided by a second power supply line and under control of the first node. The read sub-circuit is configured to output the amplified electrical signal to a signal read line under control of a scan signal line.

Abstract: An array substrate includes a substrate, a packaging layer, and at least one sensor. The packaging layer is over the substrate. Each sensor includes a sensing thin-film transistor and a sensing unit, electrically coupled with each other. The sensing thin-film transistor is between the package layer and the substrate, and the sensing unit is over a side of the package layer away from the substrate. The array substrate can also include a plurality of display thin-film transistors. The sensing thin-film transistor in each sensor can be at substantially same film layers, or of a same structure and a same type, as each display thin-film transistor.
