    Abstract: A film production method and system are provided. The film production method includes: forming an ink layer on the base substrate covering the surface of the base substrate, the ink layer including a solvent and a film-forming material dissolved in the solvent; blowing gas to the ink layer so that the solvent in the ink layer spreads towards the periphery of the base substrate; removing the solvent in the ink layer so that the film-forming material in the ink layer forms a film covering the surface of the base substrate. The film production system applies to the film production method described above.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a crucible. The crucible includes a crucible body, wherein the crucible body includes a first crucible component (11) and a second crucible component (12), and a volume of the second crucible component (12) is smaller than that of the first crucible component (11); and the first crucible component (11) includes an opening (111) and a bottom surface (112) facing the opening (111), an end of the second crucible component (12) is connected with the bottom surface of the first crucible component (11), and an internal cavity of the second crucible component (12) connects with an internal cavity of the first crucible component (11). The crucible can prevent evaporation material in the crucible with a large volume from being heated non-uniformly.

    Abstract: A tandem organic light emitting diode and a preparation method thereof are provided. The tandem organic light emitting diode includes: at least two light-emitting units (11, 12); a charge generation layer (21) disposed between the light emitting units (11, 12); wherein, the charge generation layer (21) includes a mixed conductive layer (211), and the mixed conductive layer (211) is made by mixing at least one material having a conductivity greater than 103 S/cm with a content of 5˜95 wt % and at least one material having a conductivity less than 10−6 S/cm with a content of 95˜5 wt %.     Abstract: An OLED display panel and a fabrication method thereof, and a display device are disclosed. The OLED display panel comprises: an array substrate and a package cover plate disposed opposite to each other, and an OLED layer which is formed on a surface of the array substrate facing the package cover plate and comprises a plurality of OLEDs. The OLED display panel further comprises: a first thin film packaging layer, covering the OLED layer and bonded to the array substrate; a color filter layer, provided on a side of the first thin film packaging layer facing the package cover plate; and a bonding adhesive, filled between the array substrate and the package cover plate to bond the array substrate and the package cover plate, the bonding adhesive covering the color filter layer and the first thin film packaging layer.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a display device are provided. A pixel unit of the OLED display panel includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel and further includes an anode layer, a cathode layer and an organic function layer. The organic function layer includes: a first emission layer (EML1) configured to cover at least two adjacent sub-pixels comprising the first sub-pixel; a carrier blocking layer (CBL) configured to cover the second sub-pixel and the third sub-pixel; a second emission layer (EML2) arranged at an area provided with the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel and configured to at least cover the second sub-pixel; and a third emission layer (EML3) configured to cover at least two adjacent sub-pixels comprising the third sub-pixel. The OLED display panel can improve the pixel density.
