    Abstract: A method for determining a communication load for a user including: monitoring at least one communication channel for one or more user activities; detecting at least one user activity related to one or more of a plurality of parameters, the plurality of parameters including a number of current communication sessions involving the user and an engagement level of the user in a meeting, in which the engagement level is a non-binary value and in which each of the parameters is associated with a weight; calculating, for a subset of the plurality of parameters, the communication load for the user based on the weight associated with each of the parameters within the subset; and automatically updating, based on the communication load, a display of a status indicator for the user by altering an appearance of the status indicator. Also disclosed is a corresponding system for determining a communication load.

    Abstract: Electronic conferences routinely include images of documents and other resources. Accessing an address of the resource and including a link to the resource in the conference, remote participants may access the resource utilizing a native application. If the address of a resource is inaccessible to at least some of the participants, a temporary copy may be automatically provided to a secondary address and the secondary address provided in the conference. The temporary copy may be automatically deleted upon the conference ending.

    Abstract: A method for generating a productivity score for a communication session is provided. The method includes identifying one or more meeting parameters during the communication session with a plurality of participants, providing the one or more identified meeting parameters to a machine learning network and receiving an output from the machine learning network in response to the machine learning network processing the one or more identified meeting parameters. The output incudes a productivity score generated in real-time for the communication session based on the one or more identified meeting parameters and the output is determined based on a comparison between the identified meeting parameters and corresponding scheduled meeting parameters. The method also includes, in response to a final productivity score exceeding or failing to meet a threshold value, adjusting a duration of the communication session.

    Abstract: The systems and methods of the present disclosure provide for synchronizing movements of participants during a communication session. The method includes receiving, by a processor, captured image data of movement of a first participant to a communication session and receiving, by the processor, captured image data of movement of a second participant to the communication session, The method also includes determining, by the processor, if a variance exists in the movement of the second participant to that of the movement of the first participant; and if a variance exists in the movement of the second participant to that of the movement of the first participant, signaling, by the processor, the second participant to adjust the movement of the second participant to match the movement of the first participant.
