    摘要: A tension clamp for releasably joining two components. The clamp is anchored on a first component 10 by a mounting element 18 and is hooked onto the second component 11. The mounting element 18 is inserted under resilient bias into securing elements 17 on the first component, and has a resilient portion which produces the tension forces for joining the two components 10 and 11. The locking hook 20, which hooks onto the second component 11, is connected to the mounting element 18 by an intermediate link 19 and is preferably a plastic injection molding.

    摘要: A suction or air intake module for an internal combustion engine comprising an air suction pipe made of synthetic resin material and a flange joint at the air intake on the cylinder head housing of the internal combustion engine. The air suction pipe is a one-piece blown element of synthetic resin material and is disposed by a spring in a housing part of the air intake module with the air outlet end of the air suction pipe extending into the area of a connection between the housing part and the cylinder head housing. A flange is arranged in the connecting area between the housing part and the cylinder head housing, the flange forming a single piece with the housing part and enabling the housing part to be sealingly attached to the air inlet of the cylinder head housing.

The filter includes a housing with a raw air inlet and a clean air outlet and an annular filter element having a pleated filter medium disposed therein. At least one buttressing element is provided to support the filter medium at the clean air side. The buttressing element has a knife-edge buttress disposed on the housing that extends to a position of maximum flexure of the filter element. The knife-edge buttress is further provided with a support shoe disposed thereon such that the shoe supports the filter element.

The valves should be continuously adjustable in position in order to produce a swirl in the combustion airflow. To achieve this a high degree of angular precision is required in the positioning of the valves. Intake manifold manufacturing tolerances need to be compensated during assembly of the valves. Valve adjusting mechanisms are provided on the axles of the valves or in the mechanical connections of the valve gear pertaining to the valve drive mechanism.

    摘要: A suction air filter for a combustion engine includes a filter housing for receiving a filter insert and an attachment housing to which the filter housing is attached. The filter housing has a coupling end for coupling with a corresponding coupling end of the attachment housing. The suction air filter has an unfiltered air intake and a pure air outlet. A plurality of cam members are mounted on the outside of the filter housing near the coupling end thereof, and a plurality of cam elements are mounted on the outside of the attachment housing near the coupling end thereof. A rotatable coupling ring is mounted to receive the coupling ends of the filter housing and the attachment housing, and the coupling ring carries wedge members which are engagable with the cam members and the cam elements to releasably couple together the coupling ends of the housings. Dust protection shoulders or labyrinth seals are provided on both sides of the coupling ring to prevent dust from penetrating in the closure area of the attachment portion and the housing. A turning of the coupling ring effects a fixing of the filter housing to the attachment housing.

    摘要: A filter for cleaning lubricating oil of an internal combustion engine has a filter housing with an access opening on an upper side to insert and remove filter elements. A cover is arranged to close the access opening. The housing has an inlet opening for dirty fluid and an outlet opening for clean fluid. Furthermore, a drain opening is provided in the housing which can be opened and closed with a closure element. The closure element is operationally coupled to the cover such that when the cover is closed, the closure element closes the drain opening, and when the cover is opened, the closure element opens the drain opening, allowing the fluid to drain out of the housing.
