摘要： This invention relates to systems for eliminating completely from the atmosphere the polluting gases produced from a combustion system. The system of the present invention comprises a series of vessels wherein the pollutant gases are mixed with water and reacted with inorganic materials such group II metal hydroxides to remove carbon dioxide as carbonates and bicarbonates. Non reacted gases are recycled back into the combustion system. The present invention is particularly adaptable to internal combustion engines.
