    摘要: In a paper web feed unit of a rotary press, a paper web taken out of a paper roll is longitudinally cut into first and second cut paper webs, which are fed out toward the downstream side by a driven roller of a feed-out mechanism, and only the first cut paper web is passed through an angle bar section for transferring the traveling path of the first cut paper web. The paper web feed unit is equipped with a paper web traveling tension controller which comprises a dancer roller mechanism for independently applying a predetermined pushing pressure to each of the first cut paper web passing through the angle bar section and the second cut paper web not passing through the angle bar section, a detector for detecting the positions of dancer rollers moved in a synchronized manner, and a controller for receiving a detection signal output from the detector and for outputting a control signal to a motor for the driven roller in order to control the rotational frequency of the driven roller to thereby maintain each of the dancer rollers at a constant position.

    摘要: In a rotary press intended to perform the synchronous control of driving means with high precision, quickly stabilize rotation, and reduce spoilage caused by phase shifts, comprising a plurality of printing mechanisms in which driving means M rotate N turns while plate cylinders P rotate one turn, so that printing images can be printed on a paper web sequentially passing through each printing mechanism in such a manner that the printing images are matched with a predetermined reference, in which a control section 3 replaces the rotational phase of the plate cylinder with the rotational phase of the driving means M corresponding to that rotational phase so as to match the printing images with a predetermined reference, converts a shift between the rotational phase of the driving means M for matching and the rotational phase of the driving means M in a normal state into the number of outputs of the first pulse signals, set it as a correction value, and obtains a virtual feedback value by shifting the rotational phase of the driving means M by the amount of the correction value, so that control is accomplished by synchronizing the driving reference phase with the virtual feedback phase of the driving means M.

    摘要: The present invention provides a metal coated fiber with excellent coating strength and corrosion resistance, and a conductive resin composition with excellent conductivity. A feature of a metal coated fiber of the present invention is that following provision of a metal coating on the surface of the fiber, heat treatment is conducted at a temperature greater than the crystallization temperature but less than the melting temperature of the fiber. Gradual cooling is preferably performed following the heat treatment. Furthermore, a conductive metal coating may be provided as the metal coating, and an additional corrosion resistant metal coating then laminated onto the surface of the conductive metal coating. In addition, a feature of a conductive resin composition of the present invention is that metal coated short fibers, formed by providing a conductive metal coating on the surface of a substrate fiber formed from a synthetic resin and then conducting heat treatment, are mixed into a substrate resin.
