The flexible display panel includes a barrier layer, a flexible layer, a display device array and a driving IC. The barrier layer has a first opening. The flexible layer is disposed on the barrier layer, and filled into the first opening of the barrier layer. The display device array is disposed on the flexible layer and located in the active region. The driving IC is disposed on the flexible layer, electrically connected to the display device array and corresponding to the first opening of the barrier layer.
