RESOLUTION A determining system determines a status of an indicator where optical properties change under a specific environment, and is provided with: an image acquiring part that acquires an image containing the indicator; a type information acquiring part that acquires information indicating a type of the indicator; a color information acquiring part that acquires color information before change and after change of the indicator corresponding to the type; an extracting part that extracts a first region configured from a color after change of the indicator in the image based on the color information; and the status determining part that determines a shape of the first region extracted by the extracting part and status of the indicator based on a determination status corresponding to the type.

Abstract: To provide an apparatus, a system, and a program that can easily detect an image region where retroreflected light is recorded without being influenced by a neighboring object. In one embodiment, a measuring apparatus (1) includes an imaging unit (11), a converter (141) that converts first image data captured by the imaging unit using light emission for photography and second image data captured by the imaging unit without using the light emission for photography to luminance values, a differential processor (142) that calculates a difference between a first luminance value based on the first image data and a second luminance value based on the second image data for each pixel and generates an output image visually representing a region where the difference is present based on an obtained differential image, and a display unit (16) that displays the output image.

Abstract: A general purpose device, system, and program perform colorimetric analysis by automatically comparing the color of an object to be analyzed with reference information. The device includes an imaging unit that takes images of the object to be analyzed; a memory unit that stores reference information of color information of the object in accordance with properties of the object; a conversion unit that makes the color space of the image data and the color space of the reference information the same by converting the color spaces when the color space of the image data of the object and the color space of the reference information are different; a determination unit that determines the properties of the object by comparing the color information of the image data and the color information of the reference information in a common color space; and a display unit that displays the determination results.
