摘要: A machining system for machining a workpiece is provided. The machining system comprises a machine tool, a plurality of cutting tools, a CNC controller. The plurality of cutting tools comprises an electrode and a conventional cutting tool exchangeably disposed on the machine tool. The machining system further comprises a power supply, a process controller, and an electrolyte supply, wherein the machine tool, the electrode, the CNC controller, the power supply, the process controller and the electrolyte supply are configured to cooperate to function as an electroerosion machining device, wherein the machine tool, the CNC controller, the conventional cutting tool and the electrolyte supply are configured to cooperate to function as a conventional machining device, and wherein the machining system is configured to function alternately as the electroerosion machining device and the conventional machining device.

The apparatus include an optical unit configured to capture an image of an object based upon radiation generated from the object and an image processing unit configured to process the image and to obtain real-time estimation of parameters associated with manufacture or repair of the object. The apparatus also includes a process model configured to establish target values for the parameters associated with the manufacture or repair of the object based upon process parameters for the machining system and a controller configured to control the process parameters for the machining system based upon the estimated and target values of the parameters associated with the manufacture or repair of the object.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, devices, and/or systems for laser net shape manufacturing are described may make use of a nozzle that includes a main body with a thermal channel, a conducting channel and a gas distribution head. The thermal channel is at least partially within the main body and includes an aperture for passing thermal energy therethrough. The conducting channel includes a conducting outlet aperture that is a located adjacent to the thermal outlet aperture, and powder material can be passed through the conducting outlet aperture. The gas distribution head is capable of distributing shielding gas in a distribution path surrounding the conducting outlet aperture.

摘要: A welding system for automatically welding a welding seam includes a welding arm, a sensor and a controller. The controller includes a welding seam contour detection component, a welding seam contour calculation component, a welding trajectory point calculation component, and a welding parameter setting component. The welding seam contour detection component is used for detecting an initial welding seam contour and detecting remaining welding seam contours after welding each layer of the welding seam. The welding seam contour calculation component is used for calculating the detected welding seam contours. The welding trajectory point calculation component is used for calculating welding trajectory points based on the calculated welding seam contours. The welding parameter setting component is used for setting welding parameters based on the calculated welding seam contours and the calculated welding trajectory points.
