    摘要: The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition used in a printed circuit board for a semiconductor package, and a prepreg and a metal clad laminate using the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a thermosetting resin composition that includes a mixture of a BT or cyanate resin and an epoxy resin and a specific content of a novolac resin as a curing agent so as to inhibit separation of the resin and an inorganic filler during a process of laminating a prepreg on a metal foil, thereby providing a printed circuit board having a uniform insulation layer, and a prepreg and a metal clad laminate for a double-sided or multilayer printed circuit board that are manufactured by using the same.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an efficient production method of xylitol by using the xylitol producing microorganism introduced with arabinose metabolic pathway to inhibit the production of arabitol, the byproduct, and instead to use arabinose only for cell metabolism in xylose/arabinose mixed medium. More precisely, to express efficiently L-arabinose isomerase (araA), L-ribulokinase (araB) and L-ribulose-5-phosphate 4-epimerase (araD) in Candida tropicalis, codon optimization was performed. Then, each gene was inserted in the gene expression cassette containing the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase promoter and the selection marker URA3, which was introduced into Candida sp. microorganism. As a result, arabitol, the byproduct interrupting the purification and crystallization of xylitol could be inhibited, making the production method of xylitol of the present invention more efficient. The xylitol producing microorganism introduced with arabinose metabolic pathway of the present invention can be effectively used for the production of xylitol with high productivity by inhibiting the generation of arabitol.

    摘要: The present invention provides a novel cationic lipid, a preparation method of the same and a delivery system comprising the same. The cationic lipid of the present invention is used for the preparation of delivery systems of nucleic acids or physiologically active anionic proteins. The cationic lipid of the present invention can be conveniently prepared and purified by a simple process and is therefore economically highly advantageous for industrial-scale production thereof. Further, a nucleic acid or protein delivery system comprising the cationic lipid of the present invention not only significantly improves the intracellular delivery efficiency of desired nucleic acid drugs (such as DNAs, RNAs, siRNAs, antisense oligonucleotides, and nucleic acid aptamers) or anionic proteins having physiological activity, but also is usefully used to augment therapeutic efficacy of nucleic acid or protein drugs due to attenuated cytotoxicity of the delivery system.

    摘要: The present invention provides a small interfering RNA (siRNA) that is capable of inhibiting intracellular expression of Wnt1 through complementary binding to a Wnt1 transcript (mRNA transcript) base sequence and a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer comprising the same. siRNA of the present invention which is complementary to a base sequence of a Wnt1 transcript (mRNA) provides apoptotic cancer cell death due to inhibition of expression of Wnt1 commonly expressed in cancer cells, by RNA-mediated interference (RNAi). Therefore, the composition of the present invention comprising the same can be used as an excellent anticancer drug.

The lens edger includes a carriage which rotatably fixes a pair of lens fixing shafts and moves the position of the lens fixing shafts clamping a lens to be processed; a lens rotation motor for rotating the lens fixing shafts; a carriage driving means for moving the carriage; and an apparatus for measuring a curvature of the lens. The apparatus for measuring lens curvature includes a curvature tracer which contacts with a side of the lens and detects a curvature of the lens by moving horizontally according to the curvature of the lens during a rotation of the lens; a curvature tracer rotator which rotates the curvature tracer to a position for measuring the lens curvature, and to which one end of the curvature tracer is inserted in a manner of allowing sliding movement of the curvature tracer in a horizontal direction; and a slider base which guides the movement of the curvature tracer in the horizontal direction, and provides a restoring force to the curvature tracer so that the lens and the curvature tracer can be maintained in a contacted state.
