    摘要: An electric arc melting facility includes a melting chamber configured to melt a source iron therein by an electrode, and a shaft-shaped preheating chamber directly connected to the melting chamber. The preheating chamber includes a bottom surface inclined downward toward the melting chamber. A shaft opening dimension is set to an optimum value for controlling the supply of the source iron. A pushing device is disposed at a lower side of the preheating chamber and configured to move the source iron toward the melting chamber. The supply of the source iron from the preheating chamber to the melting chamber is performed by operating the pushing device. The supply of the source iron from the preheating chamber to the melting chamber is stopped by halting the operation of the pushing device.

    摘要: Light of an incorporated lamp illuminates the lower side of a side surface of a door of a vehicle. A rear end part of a lamp socket mounted with the lamp is exposed from a cylinder part of a lamp housing and projected from the lamp housing toward a holder/mirror assembly. Therefore, when replacing the lamp, the lamp socket can be found easily by simply removing the holder/mirror assembly, and the lamp can easily be extracted along with the lamp socket, to an operator side. Also, when attaching the lamp socket, high visibility of an opening part can be obtained because the opening part of the cylinder part is exposed to the holder/mirror assembly side in the lamp housing, thereby achieving a door mirror with extremely good workability of lamp replacement.

The post fuel injection operation is stopped when the integration value has reached a specified value. It is thus possible to appropriately perform the post fuel injection control to activate the catalyst converter.

    摘要: A strength of engagingly locking a second member to a first member is remarkably improved without causing deterioration in workability, even when improvement in the locking strength between two members is attempted using a clip. In order to lock and fix a connector housing 19 to a rotor housing 15 in an erected state, an engagement force occurs and acts between a locking claw 27 and a locking part 45, via an insertion locking male part 29 provided in a connector housing 19. By this engagement force, the movement of the insertion locking male part 29 in the inserting/extracting direction is regulated. Further, by inserting the clip 23 from the direction almost at a right angle to the inserting direction of the insertion locking male part 29, a mechanical mutual action occurs between the clip 23 and a pair of insertion engagement parts 40a and 40b, thus secondarily regulating the movement of the insertion locking male part 29 in the inserting/extracting direction.

An outer mirror of the present invention is pivotally movable in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body around a base end portion of the outer mirror, and includes a mirror housing which is thrust laterally from a side surface of the vehicle body. In the mirror housing, a light unit and a lens fixed on an optical axis of the light unit are provided. Any one of the light unit and the lens is moved to illuminate identical or substantially identical area on the road surface at the side of the vehicle body before and after pivotal movement of the mirror housing.

    摘要: A rotor and a seat mounted on a first shell is disposed between an annular first shell and an annular second shell both constituting a damper case, thereby forming a rotary damper device. A damper lever on which the rotor is mounted is hooked on a fixing pin fixed to a body. Viscous fluid such as highly viscous oil is charged into a damper chamber formed between the rotor and the seat, and a viscous resistance is applied to the rotor and the seat. In a state in which a rotation center of the rotary damper device is deviated from a rotation center of the shaft which is rotated by the operating lever, the damper case is fixed to a flange portion of the shaft, the rotor and the seat are allowed to rotate relatively to each other by an inclining operation of the operating lever, and a resistance force from the rotary damper device is applied to the operating lever.
