摘要： The present invention provides a mobile device including: a power receiver for wirelessly coupling with a power transmitter to receive power wirelessly from the power transmitter; and a function that automatically initiates upon the power receiver wirelessly coupling with the power transmitter. Also provided is a transmitter apparatus including a power transmitter for wirelessly coupling with a power receiver in a mobile device to provide power wirelessly to the power receiver, wherein, upon the power receiver wirelessly coupling with the power transmitter, data is transferred between the power transmitter and the power receiver and a function of the mobile device automatically initiates. The mobile device and transmitter apparatus together form a system for operating the mobile device. Methods and computer-readable media storing executable application programs associated with the system are also provided.

摘要： There is disclosed a sleeve for holding a portable electronic device such as an MP3 player, mobile telephone, PDA and the like. The sleeve is provided with an integrally formed secondary winding that enables the sleeve to pick up magnetic flux from an inductive charging platform and associated circuitry for generating a DC charging voltage that can be used to charge a battery in the device while the device is received within the sleeve. The sleeve is formed with a connector designed to fit a power/data connection socket in the device, and may also be provided with a connection port enabling the device to be connected to a computer while it is received within the sleeve.

摘要： The present invention provides a universal demodulation circuit, a load modulation circuit and associated method, and an associated power transfer system, all suitable for use in wireless power transfer. A power receiver with signal strength detection is also provided. Modulation of the impedance of the demodulation circuit is determinable by detecting the amplitudes of a first and a second electrical parameter, thereby demodulating data communicated by modulation of the impedance of the demodulation circuit. The modulation circuit has a communication modulator to modulate the impedance of the modulation circuit, to a predetermined minimum modulation depth, thereby to communicate data.

摘要： Embodiments isolate gesture processing for improved user interactivity with content. A first thread detects user interaction with a document via a touch sensor associated with a computing device. A latency associated with a second thread is calculated. The calculated latency is compared to a threshold latency. Based on the comparison, the first thread determines whether to transfer processing of the detected user interaction from the first thread to the second thread. The detected user interaction is processed by the first thread or by the second thread based on the determination. In some embodiments, users are provided with smooth interactivity such as panning and scrolling when browsing web content with a browser executing on a mobile computing device.
