    摘要: A pneumatically-operated vehicle brake system has a first compressed air line in which compressed air at a controllable service brake pressure can be provided. Membrane parts of brake cylinders can be ventilated by the service brake pressure for a service brake function. A parking brake device includes a second compressed air line in which compressed air can be provided at a parking brake pressure electro-pneumatically. Brake cylinder spring brake parts can be ventilated by compressed air at the service brake pressure to provide a parking brake function. The parking brake device also has a ventilation inlet by which the second compressed air line can be ventilated to increase the parking brake pressure, and a first ventilation outlet by which the second compressed air line can be ventilated to reduce the parking brake pressure. The second compressed air line can be pneumatically connected to the first via the first ventilation outlet.

The valve unit (86) has a deaeration valve (134) for deaerating a control input (82) of the air-quantity-boosting valve device (64). The invention provides that the deaeration valve (134) is a valve which has three states I, II and III and which is embodied such that, in a first state I, the control input (82) of the air-quantity-boosting valve device (64) can be deaerated in a throttled manner by means of an aperture (162). In a second state II, the control input (82) of the air-quantity-boosting valve device (64) cannot be deaerated. In a third state III, the control input (82) of the air-quantity-boosting valve device (64) can finally be deaerated in an unthrottled manner.

    摘要: An electro-pneumatic brake control device is provided for controlling the parking brake of a vehicle having compressed-air-actuated brake cylinders, at least one of which is a spring brake cylinder with a spring store part. Valve devices place the brake control device into various operating states. In a first operating state, the valve devices are at least partially supplied with current and switched such that a compressed air line to the spring store part of the spring brake cylinder is aerated. In a second state, the valve devices are at least partially supplied with current and switched such that the compressed air line is deaerated. In a third state, which can be activated in the event of failure of the electrical energy supply of the brake control device, the valve devices are switched to a currentless state such that the compressed air line is automatically deaerated in throttled manner.

    摘要: A valve unit for an electro-pneumatic brake control is connected to an input of an air-quantity-boosting valve for the aeration/venting thereof. A double-armature solenoid valve includes primary and secondary armatures each spring-loaded and actuated by a common magnet coil. The primary armature is a switch for a vent valve; the secondary armature is a switch for an intake valve. When the coil is not drawing current, the armatures are in spring-loaded position, the intake valve blocking intake and the vent valve venting. When a first current flows through the coil, the primary armature enters switching position, with the secondary armature in spring-loaded position; the intake valve blocking intake and the vent valve blocking venting. When a second current greater than the first flows through the coil, both primary and secondary armatures are moved into switching positions, so that the intake valve admits air and the vent valve blocks venting.

A parking brake module is provided in which there is integrated an electronic control unit as well as valve devices that are electrically actuatable by the electronic control unit. The electronic control unit actuates the parking brake function upon receiving from the parking brake signal transmitter an electrical actuating signal demanding actuation of the parking brake function and, as part of the parking brake function, the electronic control unit controls the admission of fluid to the actuator by means of the electrically actuatable valve devices.

A valve unit is provided that has a vent valve for venting a control input of the air-quantity-boosting valve device. The vent valve has three states. In a first state, the control input of the air-quantity-boosting valve device can be vented in a throttled manner by using an aperture. In a second state, the control input of the air-quantity-boosting valve device cannot be vented. In a third state, the control input of the air-quantity-boosting valve device can finally be vented in an unthrottled manner.
