摘要: A vehicular automatic transmission is provided with a reduction planetary gear for reducing and outputting an inputted rotation of an input shaft, first and third clutches for enabling the transmission of a reduced rotation reduced through the reduction planetary gear, a planetary gear unit having second and third sun gears to which the reduced rotation is transmitted by the first and third clutches, and a fourth clutch for enabling the transmission of the inputted rotation to the second sun gear. The fourth clutch is linked to the second sun gear of the planetary gear unit via output side members, i.e., a clutch drum and a link member, of the third clutch, to commonly use as the output side members. Thereby, the automatic transmission may be compactly built.

摘要: A clamping apparatus detachably clamps a work on a pallet. When a second pressing plate moves down from the unclamped state of a first position, elastic force of a first elastic member acts on a shaft through a first retainer and first operating balls so that a clamping arm is pressed down. When a first pressing plate moves down by a short distance, the first operating balls shift to the position of an unlocking segment of a sleeve, and a second operating balls are also located at an unlocking segment of a clamping case, to realize a releasing position. When the shaft is located at the releasing position where the first and second operating balls are not engaged with the shaft, the shaft can be removed from the clamping case.

摘要: There is provided a drive method and device for a light-emitting display panel which can reduce shadowing caused by an ON rate of light-emitting elements and a condition of dimmer setting to a level at which a problem is not posed. An analog video signal is supplied to a drive control circuit and an A/D converting circuit, and the analog video signal is converted into image data corresponding to each pixel in the A/D converting circuit. The image data is written in an image memory. The image data is read from the image memory every scanning operation, and the drive control circuit acquires a rate (ON rate of light-emitting elements in each scanning operation) of EL elements to be controlled to emit light. Non-scanning selecting voltage data is read from a look-up table on the basis of the ON rate and the dimmer setting data so that a non-scanning selecting voltage data in the non-scanning voltage setting unit is determined. The value of a current which transiently flows from a non-scanning selecting voltage source (reverse bias voltage source VM) at the beginning of light emission of the light-emitting elements by a decrease in ON rate to charge the light-emitting elements to be turned on to emit light is appropriately controlled, and shadowing is suppressed from occurring.

摘要: There is provided a displacement measuring device of which assembled state can be determined optically with ease. There is also provided a light spot position sensor usefully applicable in determination of the assembled state of the displacement measuring device. An optical encoder comprises a scale and a sensor head that is arranged opposite to the scale and can move relative to the scale. The sensor head includes a sensor substrate, on which an index grating and a photosensitive device array are formed. The sensor substrate is also employed to mount a light spot position sensor and a light source for providing a light beam entering the light spot position sensor via the scale to configure a state detection system for detecting an assembled state.

A clutch piston presses the clutch plates. A plate and the clutch piston define an oil chamber that cancels centrifugal hydraulic pressure. An oil passage that communicates with the oil chamber is on an inner circumferential surface of the inner cylinder. One surface of the sleeve contacts a step formed on the inner cylinder. The sleeve includes a passage in communication with the oil passage and formed on an outer periphery of the sleeve to axially extend toward the end surface, and a second passage formed more axially recessed than an end surface and radially extending to provide communication between the first passage and an inner portion of the sleeve.
