The local oscillator detects a frequency variation range of the local oscillation signal, obtains a frequency equivalent to an integral multiple of a symbol rate from the frequency variation range, and outputs the local oscillation signal having a local oscillatory frequency, causing a center frequency of a channel to be received, which channel is included in the intermediate frequency signal, to be equivalent to the integral multiple of the symbol rate.
