摘要: A sealing method for battery containers which employs a first fixture to engage with the outer peripheries of edges of an opening of a container made from metal sheets, in order to define a shape of the opening of the container; then a second fixture is inserted into an inner space of the container from its opening, so that the edges of the opening of the container are shaped due to the ductility and malleability properties of metal sheets, and lateral surfaces of the container are made flat; lastly, a cover is placed on the opening of the container to have the container sealed by a welding means. The sealing method can restore an original shape of the container from a deformed state by using the fixtures, so that an entire sealing process for battery containers can be executed by automation in order to save labor costs.

摘要: A solid capacitor and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The solid capacitor consists of a dielectric layer and two electrodes. A plurality of holes formed by an opening process is disposed on surface of the dielectric layer. The two electrodes connect with the dielectric layer by the holes. By means of a plurality of high temperature volatile matters, the plurality of holes is formed on surface of the dielectric layer during sintered process. The holes are connected with the outside so as to increase surface area of the dielectric layer and further the capacity is increased. And the solid capacitor stores charge by physical means. Moreover, the solid capacitor can be stacked repeatedly to become a multilayer capacitor.

摘要: A conductive connection structure for secondary batteries employs conductive portions disposed under two lateral sides of a cover plate to conductively connect to at least one battery cell. The conductive portions disposed under the two lateral sides of the cover plate are bendable, and the conductive portions are bent toward outer sides of the cover plate, so that the conductive portions are disposed horizontally; a connecting portion is extended upward respectively from an anode and a cathode terminals on two lateral sides of each of the battery cells, and the connecting portions and the conductive portions are electrically connected. By modifying the design of the connection structure of the battery cells and the two conductive portions under the cover plate, a time for soldering the battery cells and the conductive portions for conductive connection is reduced, the connection is tighter and more reliable and manpower cost is reduced.

摘要: A solid state supercapacitor and a method for manufacturing the same is provided, the solid state supercapacitor including two nanowire electrodes with their surface full of nanowire bundle and a dielectric material filled in a space between the two nanowire bundle electrodes and the nanowire bundle, wherein the nanowire bundle includes many nanowires to increase the surface area of electrodes; since the two nanowire bundle electrodes include the nanowire bundle, the surface area thereof is large; a dielectric layer is the original material of the dielectric material, directly reacted, deposited and cured in the space between the two nanowire bundle electrodes without causing pollutions due to additional processing; therefore, the dielectric layer is of high purity and density and has high permittivity to achieve the greatest permittivity of the dielectric material. As a result, the energy capacity of unit volume of the capacitor is effectively increased.

摘要: An electrode structure of a lithium battery is provided for electrically connecting a positive pole and a negative pole in a tank of the lithium battery to the external. The electrode structure includes a lid body and at least one electrode body made of sheet metal material. The electrode body has a wrapped portion disposed in the lid body, two ends of the wrapped portion form bent portions respectively, and a connection portion and an output portion extend respectively from the bent portions to protrude from a surface of the lid body. A conductive electrode structure of the lithium battery is formed by wrapping instead of direct penetrating, thus achieving a hermetic effect of conductive positions of the electrode.
