    摘要: The disclosed cemented carbide base outer blade cutting wheel comprises a base in the form of an annular thin disc of cemented carbide, and a blade section on the outer periphery of the base. The blade section contains: diamond and/or CBN abrasive grains pre-coated with a magnetic material; a metal or alloy bond formed by electroplating or electroless plating for bonding abrasive grains together and to the base; and a metal or alloy binder having a melting point of up to 350° C. infiltrated between abrasive grains and between abrasive grains and the base. The method for manufacturing said outer blade cutting wheel is also disclosed.

The abrasive grains are diamond and/or cBN grains having an average grain size of 45-310 μm and a TI of at least 150. The blade section includes overlays having a thickness tolerance (T3max−T3min) of 0.001 mm to 0.1×T2 mm. The blade section has a roundness (ODmax/2−ODmin/2) of 0.001 mm to 0.01×ODmax mm.

    摘要: A rotor adapted for a large permanent magnet rotating machine having high output and demagnetization resistance and the permanent magnet rotating machine are provided. The permanent rotating machine includes the rotor and a stator disposed with a clearance from an outer peripheral face of the rotor and formed by winding a winding wire through a stator core having two or more slots. The rotor includes one or more permanent magnets in each of two or more insertion holes, the insertion holes being formed in a circumferential direction in a rotor core. There is also provided the permanent magnet rotating machine including this rotor and a stator disposed with a clearance from an outer peripheral face of the rotor and formed by winding a winding wire through a stator core having two or more slots.

    摘要: A magnet holding jig comprises a platform and first and second holders disposed on opposite sides of the platform. The platform is provided with channels, the holders are comb-shaped to define digits and slits, the channels and the slits being aligned to define guide paths for permitting entry of a cutting tool therein, and the holders are also configured as digitate hooks. The holder hooks are in contact with a rare earth magnet block resting on the platform. The holders are pushed inward at their lower portions so as to bring each hook digit of the second holder in pressure abutment with the magnet block at a higher level than each hook digit of the first holder for thereby holding the magnet block in place on the platform.

    摘要: A magnet holding jig comprises a platform and first and second holders disposed on opposite sides of the platform.     摘要: In a method for multiple cutoff machining a rare earth magnet block, a cutting fluid feed nozzle having a plurality of slits is combined with a plurality of cutoff abrasive blades coaxially mounted on a rotating shaft, each said blade comprising a base disk and a peripheral cutting part. The slits in the feed nozzle into which the outer peripheral portions of cutoff abrasive blades are inserted serve to restrict any axial run-out of the cutoff abrasive blades during rotation. Cutting fluid is fed from the feed nozzle through slits to the rotating cutoff abrasive blades and eventually to points of cutoff machining on the magnet block.

A permanent magnet rotating machine comprising: a rotating shaft; at least two rotors comprising a table-like structure and permanent magnets attached thereto, the table-like structures being connected to the rotating shaft and being disposed in an axial direction of the rotating shaft; and a stator comprising a table-like structure and stator coils around which a copper wire is wound, said stator being disposed in a gap formed by the rotors so that the stator being separated from the rotating shaft, is manufactured by the following steps of assembling the two rotors such that a predetermined gap is formed therebetween; and mounting the magnets on the table-like structures by inserting the magnet from the radially outer side of the table-like structures towards the center of the rotation.
