The damper output member is connected to the annular set member that is fixed to the pump shell. The damper input member is relatively rotatably supported via the bearing assembly by the annular set member.

The light-guiding member is provided with a plurality of light-guiding portions (61) which are provided at the outer circumferential portion of the light-guiding member with predetermined intervals and which reflect light beams from the light source (7) in the direction toward the rotation center of the indicator needle (4), so that portions of the indicator panel (5) shine like strips with predetermined intervals, and the indicator panel (5) and the light-guiding member (6) are illuminated in a stereoscopic manner.
