摘要： A sheet processing apparatus including a sheet supply device, a first cylinder which includes at least one gripper device, a processing device, a sheet discharge device, and conveyance devices. The conveyance devices include a plurality of gripper devices including at least one reversing gripper device. The conveyance devices also include a second cylinder and reversing swing arm shaft pregripper. The second cylinder grips and conveys one edge of the sheet by one gripper device of the plurality of gripper devices. The reversing swing arm shaft pregripper is supported to be swingable between the first cylinder and the second cylinder, receives by the reversing gripper device the other edge of the sheet conveyed by the second cylinder, and transfers the received other edge of the sheet to the gripper device of the first cylinder by a gripping change.

摘要： A delivery device in a sheet-fed offset rotary printing press includes a vertically movable pile board, suction unit, detection bar, and limit switch. A conveyed sheet is to be placed on the pile board. The suction unit is arranged on an upstream side in a sheet convey direction above the pile board and under a sheet to be conveyed, and has a suction surface to suck the sheet while in slidable contact with it. The detection bar is supported under the suction unit to be movable in a vertical direction and extends in a widthwise direction of the sheet to be conveyed. The limit switch detects movement of the detection bar in the vertical direction.

摘要： A sheet pressing apparatus includes a cam, lever, sheet press member, and first and second compression coil springs. The cam has a cam surface and is supported rotatably. The lever supports a cam follower that abuts against the cam surface and is pivoted by rotation of the cam. The sheet press member is movably supported by the lever and moves between a sheet press position to press a stacked sheet and a retreat position retreated from the sheet press position in accordance with swing motion of the lever. The first and second compression coil springs are arranged between the lever and a support, and bias the lever to bring the cam follower into tight contact with the cam surface. The second compression coil spring has a biasing force larger than that of the first compression coil spring. When the sheet press member is located at the sheet press position, only the first compression coil spring biases the cam follower with respect to the cam surface. When the sheet press member is located at the retreat position, the first and second compression coil springs cooperate to bias the cam follower with respect to the cam surface.

The suction wheels are connected to/disconnected from the drive shaft, motor, shaft, coupling, bearing, sleeve, and gear when the suction wheels are fixed to/released from the supports by the knob and screw.

摘要： A sheet-like material guiding device of an offset printing press comprises a chain for holding and transporting a printed sheet; a product pile device for piling the printed sheet released from the chain; a suction device for reducing the speed of the printed sheet transported by the chain, the suction device being supported movably in the direction of transport of the printed sheet; and a belt disposed below the chain for guiding the printed sheet at nearly the same speed as the speed of transport of the printed sheet by the chain, the belt being movable so as to follow the movement of the suction device, the sheet-like material guiding device including a pair of driven rollers for supporting the belt, and a chain for supporting the driven rollers movably, with the distance between the driven rollers being unchanged. The belt can satisfactorily follow during movement of the suction device to achieve smooth transport, and a drive source for the suction device can be made small in capacity.
