    摘要: According to the present invention, light from a taking lens is reflected by a quick return mirror in a lateral direction of a body unit. Then, after passing through a screen, the light is reflected toward an upper side of the body unit by a second mirror except part of the light. The light reflected by the second mirror is reflected by a third mirror in a direction opposite to a direction in which the light is reflected by the quick return mirror, and is further reflected by a fourth mirror toward an eyepiece located on a back side of the body unit. Part of the light which passing though the screen is taken by an AF sensor unit provided in rear of the second mirror, and an image formation position of an optical image is detected.

As a secondary crystal phase, the material contains one or more of Yb.sub.2 Si.sub.3 N.sub.4 O.sub.3, Yb.sub.2 Si.sub.3 N.sub.2 O.sub.5 and Yb.sub.4 Si.sub.2 N.sub.2 O.sub.7.     摘要: An adhesive-film exfoliating device includes an absorption stage 6 for absorbing a liquid crystal display panel 4 in which a polarizing plate 3 is adhered to a glass plate 2, a clamping unit 7 for clamping a corner 3a of the polarizing plate 3 exfoliated from the glass plate 2 and a ball screw shaft 11 for moving the absorption stage 6 relatively to the clamping unit 7. A ball screw nut 14 in screw-engagement with the ball screw shaft 11 is fixed on a back surface of the absorption stage 6. With the rotation of the ball screw shaft 11, the absorption stage 6 integral with the ball screw nut 14 is slid in a direction to exfoliate the polarizing plate 3 exfoliated from the glass plate 2. In a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display panel 4, a process of exfoliating the polarizing plate 3 from the glass plate 2 includes steps of moving the absorption stage 6 while allowing the clamping unit 7 to clamp the corner 3a of the polarizing plate 3.

    摘要: In a camera system of this invention, a light beam coming from a photographing lens is reflected by a quick return mirror in the widthwise direction of a body unit, and is reflected by a second mirror via a half mirror and screen in the upward direction of the body unit except for some light beam components. The light beam reflected by the second mirror is reflected by a third mirror in a direction opposite to that of the light beam reflected by the quick return mirror, and is also reflected by a fourth mirror toward an eyepiece side in the back side of the body unit. Some light beam components reflected by the half mirror are fetched by an AF sensor unit to detect the focal point position of the photographing lens.

In a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display panel 2, a process of exfoliating one polarizing plate 4 from the lower glass plate 3 includes a step of pulling the polarizing plate 4 through the slit 8 in a direction to exfoliate the plate 4 from the glass plate 3.
