Abstract: A suspension type lifting device includes a base unit, a balance unit, two servo units, a hanging unit and a steering unit. The steering unit is mounted in the base unit and includes a housing having a receiving chamber, a control module mounted on the housing, and at least one gyroscope rotatably mounted in the receiving chamber of the housing and electrically connected with the control module. When the at least one gyroscope performs the self-rotation and the side-rotation simultaneously, the side-rotation produces a torque to change a direction of the self-rotation and to produce a precession, so as to change the direction of the lifting device.

Abstract: A suspension type lifting device includes a base unit, a bearing unit, a balance unit, a servo unit and a hanging unit. The base unit includes a first plate, a second plate and a third plate. The bearing unit includes a positioning piece and two forks. The balance unit is connected with the third plate of the base unit. The servo unit is connected with the first plate of the base unit. The hanging unit is mounted on the first plate of the base unit. When the servo unit detects that a foreign object is placed on the bearing unit, the servo unit calculates a value required for reaching a balance weight and transmits a power to drive the balance unit to swing leftward and rightward, so as to reach a balance state.

Abstract: A multi-function garment includes an article of clothing and pockets disposed thereon. Each pocket includes an opening, a lining, and a two-sided engaging unit. The lining of one pocket includes a storage body of a ring-like configuration. The storage body has an open external vacancy interrupting the ring-like configuration of the storage body and an inner vacancy having one end closed and the other end communicating with the external vacancy. A dimension of the external vacancy is smaller than a dimension of the inner vacancy, and a protecting layer is disposed on an inner surface of the lining. Besides a wearing function of sheltering users' skin, the interior of the lining can be reversed outward to allow the article of clothing to be stuffed into the storage body, which is then converted into a neck pillow configuration for achieving the multiple function of using. The structure of the garment is also compact and easy to carry.

Abstract: An electronic device with an invisible light touch panel is disclosed in the present invention. The electronic device includes a circuit board, a visible light source, a light guiding plate, a panel and a cover. The circuit board includes a plurality of invisible light emitters and receivers. The light guiding plate includes an active area and an inactive area. The invisible light outputted from the invisible light emitter transmits to the invisible light receiver via the active area, and the visible light outputted from the visible light source can transmit to the inactive area. The cover is disposed above the light guiding plate. A hole is formed on a surface of the cover, and a position of the hole corresponds to the inactive area on the light guiding plate, so the visible light outputted from the visible light source passes through the cover via the inactive area and the hole.

Abstract: Techniques disclosed herein include systems and methods for excluding specific application traffic from customer consumption-based data billing counts. This is useful for excluding traffic from consumption totals where the application traffic has been accounted for using other means, such as through billing as a separate or technically distinct service. In practice, a tablet computer (or other end user device) can run a video application that uses a high-speed data network via a cable modem. This video application may be included as part of a core video package associated with a distinct cable television service. The system then provides accurate consumption billing of customer traffic that is outside of any other managed services by creating separate logical data service flows at a Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS) for excluding specific traffic counts.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition including 2-hydroxy-N—[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]benzamide and used for treatment of osteoarthritis is revealed. The pharmaceutical composition inhibits tumor necrosis factor (TNF) induced interferon regulatory factor (IRF). The activated IRF stimulates chondrocytes to secret matrix metalloproteinases, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), aggrecanases, etc. This leads to loss of collagen II and further causes degradation of proteoglycan. By suppression of signaling pathways of interferon regulatory factor, symptoms are relieved and osteoarthritis is treated.
