    摘要: A foundation construction machine includes a self-moving/mobile assembly moving the construction machine. An upper structure mechanically connected to the self-moving/mobile assembly has an access point allowing access to the upper structure, and equipped with a walkway surface for standing or walking. A mast/boom mechanically connects to the upper structure, whereon an operating equipment mounts for drilling the ground. A presence sensor integrally mounts to the upper structure to monitor a monitoring region integral with the upper structure and covering the walkway surface. The presence sensor detects presence of a solid body in the monitoring region and sends a detection signal representative of the presence. A control system connected to the presence sensor is configured for receiving the detection signal and for sending a control signal to cause the construction machine to execute a predetermined function(s) when the detection signal indicates presence of a solid body proximate the walkway surface.

    摘要: An assembly for driving excavating equipment for an excavating machine includes a drive assembly sliding along a mast of a machine, for driving the drilling equipment; and an actuator. The drive assembly includes a first structure with guide members for sliding along the mast; and a second support structure to support the drilling equipment. The first and second support structures are mutually movable. The drive assembly has at least two operating configurations, for setting at least two excavation center-to-center distances. In the operating configurations of the drive assembly, the first and second support structures are mutually rigidly and directly constrained. While switching between operating configurations, the first and second support structures are always directly mechanically constrained to each other. The actuator controls movement between the first structure and the second support structure and carries out further operative functions for driving parts of an excavating machine or drilling equipment.

    摘要: A system and method detect at least one mechanical locking position of a drill string in a soil drilling machine. According the system and method, there are: a sensor apparatus which is configured to detect first data indicating the position assumed by the top of the drill string and second data indicating the position assumed by the bottom of the drill string. A control unit calculates the estimated length of the drill string based on the data and to compare the estimated length with a reference length value. A pair of kelly rods is in a mechanical locking position; and a signaling apparatus which is configured to signal when the estimated length corresponds to a reference length value.

    摘要: The invention describes a tubing device of the type operatively connectable to an excavation machine and configured to perform an excavation in the ground contained, at least partially, inside at least one tube segment. The tubing device comprises a base frame, at least one guiding tower for the tube segment, operatively connected to the base frame, and a tube operating unit, operatively connected to the guiding tower. The tube operating unit is slidable along the guiding tower and is provided with engaging means capable of both selectively holding the tube segment, and of transmitting a rotary motion and an axial sliding movement to such a tube segment so as to allow the progressive driving in the ground and subsequent extraction from the ground. The axial sliding movement is guided by the guiding tower and the width of such axial sliding movement is determined by the stroke of the tube operating unit on such a guiding tower and is proportional to at least once the diameter of the tube segment.

    摘要: A drilling machine includes a main body, a mast to mount a drilling tool, a kinematic mechanism movably constraining the mast to the main body while allowing mutual rotation. The kinematic mechanism includes an elongated component hinged at two ends. When the drilling machine is in a drilling configuration, the elongated component performs a structural function to constrain the mast to the main body. An assembling and moving equipment includes a moving element movably mounted to the drilling machine and supporting the elongated component. A moving actuator controls the relative position between the moving element and a mounting portion of the drilling machine. When the drilling machine is in an assembling configuration, one end of the elongated component is released and the moving element acts upon the elongated component. Moving the moving element relative to the mounting portion of the drilling machine causes rotation of the elongated component.
