    摘要: Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein A is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a methyl group, or a methoxy group;B is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a methyl group, or a methoxy group, with the proviso that A and B ar not both a hydrogen atom;X and Y each are an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom;R is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group, an alkoxymethyl group, an acyl group, or an alkoxycarbonyl group;R.sub.1 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a halogen substituted alkyl group, an alkoxy substituted alkyl group, an alkylthio substituted alkyl group, a cyano substituted alkyl group, a 1-cycloalkenyl group, a benzyl group, a halogen substituted benzyl group, a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group, an acyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, an alkoxythiocarbonyl group, an alkylsulfonyl group, or a phenylsulfonyl group, while furthermore R and R.sub.1 together with the group ##STR2## indicated in the above formula may form a ring system; and R.sub.2 is a substituted or non-substituted phenyl group or a pyridyl group that may be substituted with halogen, with nitro, with cyano, or with halogenated alkyl. The compounds have strong insecticidal activity against a wide variety of insects and function according to a unique mechanism. Specifically, the compounds are active against insects in the larval stage and are absorbed by the larva via its stomach to interfere with the mechanism of metamorphoses that occurs in insects.

    摘要: The invention relates to new 1,3,4-substituted .DELTA..sup.2 -pyrazolines having an insecticidal activity. The compounds are active in particular against larvae of insects such as larvae of colorado beetle, cabbage butterfly and yellow-fever mosquito. On the basis of their activity the compounds, after having been processed to the usual compositions, may be used in controlling insects, in particular in the field of agriculture and horticulture. The dosage is 0.05-1 kg of the active substance per hectare. A most active compound is the substance 1-(4-chlorophenylcarbamoyl)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-phenyl-.DELTA..sup.2 -pyrazoline.

    摘要: It has been found that novel pyrazoline compounds have a strong and specific biocidal activity against arthropods and especially insects. In addition to their more direct biocidal activity the novel compounds influence the pattern of motion of arthropods, which results in uncoordinated movements. A highly active substance is, for example, 1-(4-chlorophenylcarbamoyl)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(4-isopropoxyphenyl)-.DELTA..sup.2 -pyrazoline. After the substances have been worked up into preparations they can be used for controlling arthropods and especially insects which are pests in agriculture and horticulture and in industrial products.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a safety cartridge for a medical filter which can be inserted through a percutaneous access point, via a catheter or introducer, and placed in a blood vessel or other body passage. Filters may have features which are not longitudinally symmetrical, such as anchors or barbs which angle toward one end, or a retrieval hook at only one end. Depending on the physician's selection of the access point, the filter may be introduced to a desired site for treatment from opposing directions. However, it is desirable to introduce the filter with the desired alignment (inserting the desired end in first) regardless of where the selected access point is, and accordingly regardless of which direction of approach to the desired site. As a result, it is desirable to provide a safety cartridge. Cartridges hold filters in an initial compressed shape during storage and insertion into the patient. A safety cartridge may have labels and/or indicators corresponding to which approach direction is selected, showing which end of the cartridge, and so which end of the filter inside the cartridge, to insert first into a catheter or introducer. A safety cartridge may have uniquely shaped first and second ends, which match insertion port(s) on a catheter or introducer which correspond to the selected approach direction. Accordingly, the safety cartridge assists proper orientation of the filter during delivery and treatment.
