As the two dampening solution applicator rollers roll on the plate cylinder, there is a circumferential surface-speed difference between the first dampening solution applicator roller and the second dampening solution applicator roller.     摘要: Systems and methods for reducing electrical noise generated during bus turnaround in signal transfer systems are provided. These systems include differential drivers having current sources continuously coupled to a signal bus during all operating modes of the drivers. A first transistor of the driver couples a first signal line of the bus to the driver current source and a second transistor of the driver couples a second(signal line of the bus to the driver current source. Each transistor receives control signals in accordance with the operating mode of the driver. These control signals continuously and selectively couple the current source to the bus lines in a manner which provides uniform current distribution across the bus during all driver operating modes. The uniform current distribution across the bus minimizes interruptions in driver current dissipation and any effects from self-induced supply noise during signal transfers.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for determining clock insertion delays for a microprocessor design having a grid-based clock distribution. The method includes partitioning the complete clock net into a global clock net and a plurality of local clock nets, simulating a load for each of the local clock nets, simulating the global clock net, and combining the simulations to form the complete clock net. The method may further include evaluating the combination to determine whether the results converge and storing the simulation results in a Clock Data Model. When the results do not converge, the method re-simulates at least one of the local clock nets and re-simulates the global clock net. The Clock Data Model collects, manages, retrieves, and queries all of the simulation information. The method may further analyze the complete clock net to predict the clock skew for a given data transfer path for potential redesign.

    摘要: A screen connector for engaging a cable, including an uncovered cable screen, positioned on a plate member is disclosed. The screen connector includes a clamp clip having at least two clamping legs which are spring-mounted relative to one another. The legs of the clamp clip encompass the plate member or busbar by lying opposite one another on the outside, whereby they engage the busbar from below, preferably by a coupling hook. The screen connector also includes a guide press piece having an outer and inner guide surface which slides along outer and inner guideways of the clamping legs when the guide press piece is moved to enclose the clamping legs. The guideways are shaped on the clamping legs in such a way that the clamping legs can be spring-mounted relative to one another when the guide press piece is in an upper initial position, and consequently can be locked onto the busbar in a perpendicular direction to the upper side of the busbar by means of their coupling hooks. In the other positions of the guide press piece deviating from the initial position and pulled up against the cable, the clamping legs are fixed relative to one another and consequently are joined solidly or undetachably with the busbar.

    摘要: Systems and methods for reducing electrical noise generated during bus turnaround in signal transfer systems are provided. These systems include differential drivers having current sources continuously coupled to a signal bus during all operating modes of the drivers.
