    摘要: A grounded burner, actuators adjusting the supply of fuel and air to the burner, an ionization electrode in the flame region, a flame amplifier at the ionization electrode generating an ionization signal, and a final control device are included in a burner system. During air ratio control mode, the final control device sets a first actuator and adjusts a second actuator. During voltage control mode a voltage regulator controls the AC voltage source using the AC voltage measured by the voltmeter, in conjunction with an ionization current amplifier. The voltmeter is connected in parallel with a sequence of the ionization electrode, the flame region, the burner and the input of the ionization current amplifier. The voltage regulator is connected to the voltmeter such that, during voltage control mode, the time-averaged current caused by the voltmeter through the connection is less than 5% of the time-averaged current through the ionization electrode.

    摘要: A control facility is provided for a burner system having a burner, actuators with which the supply of fuel and air to the burner is set, and an ionization electrode arranged in the flame zone. The control facility is equipped with a flame amplifier at the ionization electrode to generate an ionization signal and a positioning facility which, in control operation, positions a first actuator and regulates a second actuator by using a corresponding target value for the ionization signal. The positioning facility carries out a control operation in a first test step, it shifts the actuators toward a supply ratio corresponding to an air coefficient above the stoichiometric value of λ=1 and in so doing captures the ionization signal in a second test step, and it calculates a target value from this and from stored data in a third test step. Correction of drift therefore takes place.

For calibration, a change is carried out in a first parameter, and the subsequent change in a second parameter is observed. Accurate expected values for the change observed come from stored characteristic data that have been determined in the setting-up procedure, and from taking into account the current combustive content of air and fuel.     摘要: A flame measuring device, in particular for use in a regulating device for a burner, includes an ionization electrode which is arranged in a flame region of the burner. An ac voltage is applied to the ionization electrode whereby a dc voltage component is superimposed on an ionization current that flows through a resistor connected to the ionization electrode. The flame region influences the ac voltage and the dc voltage at a blocking capacitor unequally, and allows an ac voltage component to be separated from the dc voltage component by way of a first means. The separated ac voltage component can be compared to a separated-off dc voltage component by way of a second means in order to produce a pulse width-modulated signal.

    摘要: A method for monitoring a combustion process in the infrared wavelength range includes using a laser, which transmits a laser light beam along a measurement path in a certain wavelength range, which is selected in such a way that a gas therein to be detected in the combustion process has an absorption line, and that the emission wavelength of the laser detects the absorption line of the gas to be detected upon the tuning in the selected wavelength range. The concentration of the gas is determined as a function of the absorbed energy of the laser light beam. The intensity of the laser light beam is detected and is analyzed in order to determine the existence of a flame in the combustion process, and/or the quality of the flame.
