Abstract:
The method and system utilized the measurement of the “absolute” velocities or equivalent parameters of the electromagnetic devices and objects, which are defined as the velocities relative to the real origin of the electromagnetic wave, to accurately picture their impacts on the propagation and measurement of the electromagnetic wave and compensate for these impacts correspondingly. The comprehensive information of the “absolute” velocities, including both the measured values and the calculated right timings, is utilized to calibrate and control the electromagnetic device and calculate the results to improve performance and accuracy. The method and system include the absolute velocity measurement, the calibration and control of the device, and the computation of the right timings and results.
Abstract:
A hand tool with angle adjusting mechanism includes a handle, a driving head, an engaging assembly and a button. The handle has a receiving groove, a transverse hole and a longitudinal hole. The driving head has a connecting portion disposed in the receiving groove. The engaging assembly has an engaging member and a spring. The engaging member has an engaging tooth at a top thereof for engagement with the driving head, and has an arc-shape pushing groove in a lateral side with an arc-shape wall inside thereof. The button is movably disposed in the transverse hole of the handle, and has an abutting portion slidably inserted in the arc-shape pushing groove, the abutting portion of the button has an arc-shape plane abutting against the arc-shape wall such that horizontal movement of the button drives the engaging member to move longitudinally along the longitudinal hole of the handle.
Abstract:
Various implementations provide filtering for pictures. Several such implementations attempt to reduce artifacts caused by over-filtering in a decoding loop. Certain of these implementations provide multiple loop filters, and select a loop filter based on the result of a deblocking 5 filter. One particular implementation applies a first filter to a picture to produce a filtered picture. A second filter is selected based on a difference between a value of a particular pixel in the filtered picture and a value of a corresponding pixel in the picture. The second filter is applied to the particular pixel in the filtered picture. In another implementation, a signal or signal structure includes 10 an indication of the second filter, an encoding of at least a portion of a picture, and an encoding of at least a portion of a subsequent picture that has been encoded based on the output of the second filter above.
Abstract:
A one-step starting carburetor includes a body, and a pulse generator and an oil pumping unit which are connected with the body. The oil pumping unit can produce an oil pumping function to pump fuel from an oiler to the carburetor when a flywheel of an engine is revolving. When the carburetor is operating, it only needs to pull a starting line and does not need to extrude an oil pumping ball to pump the fuel for the carburetor or to close a choke valve. After hearing a voice like ‘poop-poop’, it does not need to half open the choke valve to warm the engine or to open the choke valve after warming the engine. Thus the operation of the carburetor is simple for users' convenience.
Abstract:
A carburetor improves the starting performance of an engine. The carburetor includes a main body, a pump oil ball and a fuel-air mixing channel which extends through the main body. The pump oil ball is mounted to an air strangler spindle via a spiral groove. When the pump oil ball is pressed, the air strangler spindle is driven to rotate by the spiral groove and thus to control the air strangler spindle between the fully open state and the fully closed state. The carburetor dramatically improves the starting performance of the engine.

Abstract:
A sinking electrical connector defines a receiving space for receiving a corresponding plug and includes an insulative housing, a plurality of contacts retained on the housing, and a metal shell covering the housing. The shell includes a top wall, a bottom wall opposite to the top wall, a pair of side walls, and at least one mounting member. The mounting member has a first extending plate extending laterally from the side wall, a second extending plate extending backwardly from the first extending plate, a third extending plate extending inwardly toward the side wall from the second plate, and a mounting tail extending downwardly from the second extending plate to be mounted onto a printed circuit board.

Abstract:
A carburetor with a starter includes a carburetor body, a main fuel supply device with a swing frame, an idle speed fuel supply device with a main metering pin, a starter, a joint for a fuel input pipe and a main nozzle having a fuel nozzle. The carburetor further includes an operating mechanism having a linkage arm and an air strangler. The air strangler and the linkage arm are pivoted to two sides of the carburetor body, respectively. The linkage arm has an upper position and a lower position formed thereon. The upper position presses against the swing frame so as to move the main metering pin and cause the air strangler to shut down an air passage in the carburetor body.
