Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for charging a plurality of electric assets. One embodiment of a system includes EVSE for charging an EV, the EVSE including a three-phase transformer for sending energy to the EV and an edge environment that is coupled to the EVSE. The edge environment may include logic that causes the system to receive configuration information associated with the EVSE, where the configuration information includes a phase assignment for the EVSE, determine whether the phase assignment is labeled as unknown, where the phase assignment of unknown was applied in response to a determination that a previous phase assignment was invalid or missing, and generate an optimization problem for the EVSE. In some embodiments, the logic may cause the system to solve the optimization problem to generate a trajectory for the three-phase transformer and cause implementation of the trajectory on the EVSE.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for truth and charging. One embodiment of a method includes receiving a charge request from a user for a charging station that includes an expected charging time and an expected energy usage for charging an EV, receiving data related to a charge at the charging station that is associated with the charge request, and comparing the expected charging time with the actual charging time and the expected energy usage with the actual energy usage. Some embodiments include determining whether the charge request was accurate, determining whether the user is accurate, and in response to determining that the user is not accurate, taking corrective action to encourage the user to adjust a future charge request to become more accurate.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for providing a charge reservoir. Some embodiments of a method include determining that a first electric vehicle (EV) is coupled to a first electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and a second EV is coupled to a second EVSE, determining a current state of charge and a desired charge for the first EV and the second EV, and determining that the first EV has a current state of charge that is greater than the desired charge. Some embodiments include determining that the second EV has a current state of charge that is less than the desired charge, utilizing the first EVSE to remove charge from the first EV to a charge reservoir and utilizing by the computing device, the second EVSE to transfer charge from the charge reservoir to the second EV until the desired charge for the second EV is met.
