    摘要: Disclosed is an optical communication receiver capable of compensating a DC offset while preventing an input load effect. The optical communication receiver includes an optical signal detector; an amplifier inputted with a photocurrent outputted from the optical signal detector; and a DC offset compensation unit provided therein with a third transistor and a fifth transistor which are connected in series to each other to prevent an input load effect, wherein the DC offset compensation unit compensates a DC offset by outputting at least a portion of DC current inputted to the amplifier to ground through the third transistor and the fifth transistor when the photocurrent is an over current more than a predetermined set value.

The wavelength tunable area comprises: a lower clad layer; a passive optical waveguide positioned on the lower clad layer; an upper clad layer positioned on the passive optical waveguide; a drive electrode positioned on the upper clad layer; a current blocking layer positioned on the drive electrode; a heater positioned on the current blocking layer; and a first insulating groove and a second insulating groove which are positioned so as to face each other with the passive optical waveguide therebetween.

    摘要: A transmitter optical sub-assembly (TOSA) with low group delay (GD) performance over an operating frequency range of the TOSA is designed based on a synthesis of low pass filters. The low pass filters include a first stage low pass filter (LPF1) and a second stage low pass filter (LPF2) coupled to the LPF1 in a cascade form and a load impedance. The LPF1 and the LPF2 are configured to include inductance of stray components in the TOSA.
