A processing space is provided in a reaction container. One gas inlet port is provided at the lower end of the reaction container. A distribution plate is attached to the one gas inlet port. Another gas inlet port is provided at a lower side surface of the reaction container. Powder that is an object to be processed is stored on the distribution plate in the reaction container. The distribution plate is configured to let a gas pass and not let the powder pass. A nitrogen gas is introduced into the processing space through the distribution plate from the one gas inlet port, and a processing gas is introduced into the processing space from the other gas inlet port without passing through the distribution plate.

An object of the invention of the present application is to drive data signal lines accurately by pulse width modulation driving and display gradations accurately. A PWM pattern generating circuit (12) generates 2q sets of PWM patterns associated with combinations of a gradation and the polarity of a gradation voltage. A selector (15) selects one PWM pattern from among the 2p+q PWM patterns, based on gradation data and a pattern set number. A charge and discharge control circuit (16) controls a charge and discharge circuit (17) to apply a charge voltage and a discharge voltage to a data signal line in a switching manner, based on the selected PWM pattern. One correction pulse may be selected for each data signal line from among a plurality of types of generated correction pulses, and a charge voltage may be applied to the data signal line based on the correction pulse. A plurality of charging transistors may be provided, and a charging transistor to be used may be specified for each data signal line, according to the temperature.

There is provided a cosmetic composition, which stably includes disintegrable particles and is excellent in feeling upon use. A gel cosmetic composition, which has a pH of 4 to 9 and includes the following components (A), (B), (C), (D), and (E): (A) disintegrable particles obtainable binding water-insoluble primary particles by use of a water-soluble binder; (B) 15% to 70% by weight of polyol; (C) a thickening polymer compound having a carboxy group; (D) less than 1% by weight of water-soluble salts; and (E) water.

The sub panel 100, having a plurality of gate bus lines 14, source bus lines 16, TFTs 25 and pixel electrodes, is provided with a source driver 15. The main panel 200 has a plurality of gate bus lines 24, source bus lines 16, TFTs 25 and pixel electrodes, each of the source bus lines 16 being connected to the corresponding source bus lines 16 of the first liquid crystal panel 10 through a switching TFT 17. The main panel 200, sharing the source driver 15 with the first liquid crystal panel 10, is less frequently used for display than the first liquid crystal panel 10, and is disconnected by the switching TFT 17 when only the sub panel 100 is used. This makes it possible to device a twin-panel display device low in electric power consumption.

The VP estimated sending time is revised according to the VC estimated sending time.

A synthetic resin container according to the invention has a craze pattern on the outer surface of its body. The container comprises an inner layer that comes into direct contact with content during its storage, an outer layer laid over the inner layer, and a translucent protective layer laid over the outer layer. The outer layer carries a craze pattern that has been obtained by applying a solvent to a preform or parison of the container after blow molding thereof. The protective layer covers and protects that portion of the outer layer, which carries the craze pattern, and preserves its visibility from outside.

A gas generator is provided in which the filter life is prolonged and the pressure regulating valve is thereby protected for a prolonged periods. The gas generator is intended for electrolyzing an electrolyte in an electrolytic cell to generate a gas or gases and comprises at least one absorber for absorbing an unnecessary by-products generated from the gas generator, a filter for removing the mist generated from the absorber, and at least one pressure regulating valve for adjusting the pressure in the electrolytic cell, wherein the filter is inserted downstream from the absorber and, further, the pressure regulating valve is disposed downstream from the filter.

An air filter (36) is disposed in a bypass duct (31) having an outlet (32) communicating with the upper outlet (22). Cool air flows into the bypass duct (31) from the air flow duct (12) upstream of the heater (19). Warm air is mixed with the cold air in the bypass duct (31) and is obtained either from the air flow duct (12) downstream of the heater (19) or is constituted by recirculated air from a vehicle passenger compartment.

The fluorine gas generation device includes an electrolyzer. An electrolytic bath is formed in the electrolyzer. A cathode is disposed in a cathode chamber, and an anode is disposed in an anode chamber. As a voltage is applied across the cathode and the anode, electrolysis of HF (hydrogen fluoride) takes place. In the electrolyzer, hydrogen gas is primarily generated from the cathode and fluorine gas is primarily generated from the anode. Two heating furnaces are provided for heating NaF pellets packed in HF adsorption columns. Each heating furnace has two HF adsorption columns disposed therein.
