Abstract: First adapter (10) and second adapter (40) are each separately securable to a respective automotive light bar (200, 201) at mutually facing lateral light bar end caps (206). The adapters (10, 40) interfit, such as first adapter (10) having one or more tenons (14; 18) received in shape-conforming recess or mortise (44) of second adapter (40). The coupling assembly formed from interfit first and second adapters (10, 40) sufficiently supports a midspan region of conjoined light bars (200, 201) to permit omission of mounting L-brackets (208) conventionally required at the mutually facing light bar ends (206), thus allowing fewer holes to be drilled in vehicle roof or bumper (212) and resulting in an aesthetically cleaner presentation of the overall lengthened light bar assembly.

Abstract: A low viscosity, high tensile strength polymer having a bi-modal molecular weight distribution is produced using a combination of high molecular weight polymer and low molecular weight polymer. The polymer chains have a high content of meso dyads that results in a greater amount of crystalline regions when the polymer is solidified. The low molecular weight chains provide high flow characteristics when the polymer is molten. The process for producing the high content of meso dyads includes the use of an external donor catalyst during the reaction.

Abstract: A product made by a substantially zero carbon emission process for making amorphous poly alpha olefins including, converting alkanes to olefin monomers ethylene, propylene, and 1-butene or combinations thereof using renewable electric power in an oxidative-coupling of methane plant including the steps of passing alkanes through an ethylene plant while adding oxygen, passing the first polymerization grade ethylene through a 2-butene plant, passing a first of the two 2-butene streams and one of the polymerization grade ethylene through a propylene plant, and passing a second of the two 2-butene streams through a 1-butene plant. The next step in the process for making amorphous poly alpha olefins includes polymerizing at least one of the polymerization grade alkenes which includes applying a temperature of 130 degrees Fahrenheit to 175 degrees Fahrenheit to at least one of the polymerization grade alkenes and scrubbing at least one boiler stack gases.
