    Abstract: A digital inkjet transfer printing apparatus used for performing transfer printing on fabrics by virtue of digital inkjet printing is provided. The digital inkjet transfer printing apparatus includes: a blanket inkjet printing assembly, where the blanket inkjet printing assembly includes a digital inkjet machine for ejecting ink to a surface of a blanket to form an ink pattern; and a counterpressure transfer printing assembly, where the counterpressure transfer printing assembly includes a press roller and a back-up roller, the press roller generates a pressure towards the back-up roller when a fabric enters a transfer printing area between the press roller and the back-up roller to press a surface to be printed of the fabric against a surface of the blanket with the ink pattern, so as to transfer the ink pattern on the blanket to the surface to be printed of the fabric.

    Abstract: A rotary screen transfer printing machine and a control system thereof. The rotary screen transfer printing machine having a feeding unit, a printing unit, a drying unit, and a receiving unit; the printing unit has at least one rotary screen transfer printing assembly and a guide belt assembly; each rotary screen transfer printing assembly has a rotary screen plate roller and a transfer roller; the rotary screen plate roller is close to the transfer roller; the transfer roller is seamlessly coated with rubber or a resin having good affinity for a water-based ink. A control system includes: a motion controller; a conveying synchronization module, used for controlling the feeding unit, the printing unit, the drying unit, and the receiving unit to synchronize the conveying speeds of the four units; and a rotary screen transfer printing synchronization module.

    Abstract: A color control method for four-color field jet dyeing is provided. The method includes: obtaining fabric parameters of a fabric to be dyed; obtaining a fabric sample color; ascertaining whether predetermined pre-color-development color parameters corresponding to the fabric parameters and the fabric sample color exist in a field jet dyeing database; if not, generating temporary pre-color-development color parameters based on the fabric parameters and the fabric sample color, taking the temporary pre-color-development color parameters as contrast sample parameters, and generating field jet dyeing parameters according to the contrast sample parameters to dye the fabric; and if yes, taking the predetermined pre-color-development color parameters in the field jet dyeing database as contrast sample parameters, and generating field jet dyeing parameters according to the contrast sample parameters to dye the fabric. A color control device and a color control system are further provided.

    Abstract: A paperless transfer printing method includes the following steps: (a) printing, by a printing machine, aqueous ink onto a transfer printing temporary carrier in a set pattern, wherein a surface of the transfer printing temporary carrier is made of an elastic polymer material and a surface tension of the aqueous ink is less than the critical surface tension of the transfer printing temporary carrier; (b) drying the to-be-transferred pattern on the transfer printing temporary carrier; (c) wetting the transfer printing temporary carrier by using an aqueous surface tension increasing liquid; and (d) separating the aqueous solution or the aqueous dispersion liquid from the transfer printing temporary carrier at a tight-contact position between the transfer printing temporary carrier and the fabric, so that an aqueous ink dye is transferred onto the fiber of the fabric.

    Abstract: A transfer dyeing method, includes: 1) coating a pretreating liquid on a front side of a fabric by a first pretreating anilox roller; 2) printing a dyeing ink on a first ink transfer roller or ink transfer ribbon by a first full-master printing plate roller; 3) transferring the dyeing ink to the front of the fabric; 4) drying the fabric and then making a back side of the fabric face to a second pretreating anilox roller; 5) coating the pretreating liquid on the back side of the fabric; 6) printing a dyeing ink that is same as or different from the dyeing ink of step 2) on a second transfer-roller or ink transfer ribbon; 7) transferring the dyeing ink to the back side of the fabric; and 8) drying the fabric, followed by color fixing, water washing and shaping.
