    摘要: A closure includes: a body having a skirt wall in which an internal thread is formed; and a cylindrical tamper evident bottom portion which is connected to the skirt wall via a plurality of breakable bridge portions, and in which an engaging pieces to be engaged with an engaging jaw portion is disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the tamper evident bottom portion. A protruding piece protruding downward is disposed on the skirt wall of the body. An unbroken connecting piece is disposed to connect the skirt wall of the body and the tamper evident bottom portion and to allow the body to be moved upward with respect to the tamper evident bottom portion. An extending portion is formed at an engaging piece serving as the engaging pieces at least in an angle region where the protruding piece is present.

    摘要: A plastic cap, which is a highly producible one-piece type cap when molded, but becomes a two-piece type cap excellent in sealability and openability when used, and enables a small-diameter pouring opening to be formed, is provided. The plastic cap comprises: a cap body which is composed of a top plate section and a skirt section, has a pouring nozzle formed on an outer surface of the top plate section so as to surround an opening-scheduled portion, and is fitted and fixed to a container mouth; and a top lid composed of a top face, and a circumferential wall suspending from an outer peripheral edge of the top face. The top lid has, formed therein, a protrusion protruding downward from an inner surface of the top face and having an engaging portion on an outer surface thereof. The cap body has an inner plug formed therein. The inner plug is composed of an annular sidewall having an outer diameter enabling the annular sidewall to intimately contact an inner surface of the pouring nozzle; and a bottom formed at a lower part of the annular sidewall. The inner plug is formed integrally with the cap body via a breakable weakened portion at a position below a seal portion of the pouring nozzle having an inner diameter enabling the seal portion to intimately contact the inner plug. On an inner surface of the annular sidewall, an engaged portion vertically engageable with the engaging portion of the protrusion is formed.

    摘要: Provided is an airtight container for positive pressure beverage that has a cap which is able to improve airtightness. The airtight container for beverage is provided with a beverage container and a cap. The beverage container has a body portion and a flange. The flange is continuous with an upper portion of the body portion and defines an orifice. The cap is attached to the beverage container so as to seal the orifice. The cap has a liner and an exterior body. The liner has a thin liner portion for sealing a lower side portion of the flange and a thick liner portion for sealing an upper side portion of the flange. The exterior body is fixed to the flange so as to cover the liner from an outer side, in order to seal the orifice together with the liner. The exterior body presses the thin liner portion against the lower side portion of the flange and brings the thin liner portion in close contact therewith.

    摘要: An oxygen-shielding container lid according to the present invention comprises a high density polyethylene cap shell 1 having a skirt section 7 and a top plate section 5 provided with an inner ring 9 for intimate contact with an inner surface of a container mouth; and an in-shell molded body 3 provided in a portion of an inner surface of the top plate section which is surrounded with the inner ring 9. The in-shell molded body 3 is composed of a primary molded body 3a which has been formed by in-shell molding on the inner surface of the top plate section and which has an oxygen shielding function; and a secondary molded body 3b which has been formed on the primary molded body 3a by in-shell molding so as to cover the primary molded body 3a and to be fused and fixed to the inner surface of the top plate section at the peripheral edge of the primary molded body. A resin composition used for formation of the secondary molded body 3b contains linear low density polyethylene, and has a melt flow rate at 190° C. of 1 to 10 g/10 minutes, a density of 0.900 to 0.920 g/cm3, and a nominal tensile strain at break, as defined by JIS K-6922-2, of 400% or more.
