    摘要： Provided is an airtight container for positive pressure beverage that has a cap which is able to improve airtightness. The airtight container for beverage is provided with a beverage container and a cap. The beverage container has a body portion and a flange. The flange is continuous with an upper portion of the body portion and defines an orifice. The cap is attached to the beverage container so as to seal the orifice. The cap has a liner and an exterior body. The liner has a thin liner portion for sealing a lower side portion of the flange and a thick liner portion for sealing an upper side portion of the flange. The exterior body is fixed to the flange so as to cover the liner from an outer side, in order to seal the orifice together with the liner. The exterior body presses the thin liner portion against the lower side portion of the flange and brings the thin liner portion in close contact therewith.

    摘要： An easy-open metal end and a method for making same, in which a pre-score coining operation is performed, followed by an operation to form a score line. The coining step uses gentle-radius tooling designed not to crack or cut a protective coating on the metal end. Between the coining step and the score line-forming step, a paneling step is performed to pull out the loose metal generated in the coining step, such that end tension can be controlled more easily than in a conventional process. The coining operation thins the metal, so the score line can have less penetration than, and therefore can be narrower than, a conventional score line. Consequently, even if the score line does rust, it will be very small in width and thus relatively unnoticeable.

    摘要： A plastic closure cap, especially for glass containers, includes a lid part to be pulled off exposing a seal or an opening. A sleeve part surrounds a bottle neck of the container. Grippers are secured on the sleeve part and are pivotal at material weak points at the sleeve part. The grippers abut one another in flush fashion in a closing position and are joined to make a closed surface encompassing the bottle neck. The grippers have sides pointing toward one another. The grippers are rectangular as seen in a plan view and curved as seen in cross section. Tabs are associated with the grippers. The sides of the grippers and the tabs face one another and have alternating profiling mutually complementing one another in the closing position. The sides of the grippers are beveled toward the inside and overlap one another in the closing position.
