    摘要: A nut is used with being fixed to a sensor cap. The sensor cap is attached to an outer ring of a bearing in a wheel bearing device of an automobile. The sensor cap includes a sensor holder for holding a magnetic sensor. The nut is made of steel, and has a screw portion in which a bolt is screwed to attach the magnetic sensor to the sensor cap. A surface of the nut is coated with a zinc-nickel alloy plating layer with a nickel eutectic ratio of 8 to 18%.

In the secondary molding step, the annular internal resin member and the insert core which have undergone the primary molding step are located in a secondary molding die, and the injection molding is performed. Gates for injecting molten resin in a cavity of the secondary molding die are located in the secondary molding die so that welds that are joining points of the molten resin in the secondary molding step are positioned in the radially outside of rib portions.

    摘要: A magnetic encoder in which a support member and a plastic magnet do not adhere to each other is manufactured using a mold. The plastic magnet has a turning molded portion on the outer circumferential side thereof. The gate of the mold is an inner-diameter-side disk gate and a length L thereof in the axial direction is in a range of 0.2 mm≤L≤0.6 mm. The tensile strength of the material of the plastic magnet is 65 MPa or more and the Young's modulus thereof is 4000 MPa or more and 15000 MPa or less. The method includes a step of opening the mold and placing the support member as an insert object in the mold, and a step of closing the mold and injecting a melted material of the plastic magnet into a cavity through the disk gate.

    摘要: A chain abnormality detection device provided at a predetermined location on a circulation path of an endless chain includes a measurement start position detector, a reference position detector, and a distance measurement unit. The measurement start position detector detects that a measurement start position comes to a first predetermined position, and the reference position detector detects a timing when a reference position comes to a second predetermined position. The distance measurement unit measures a distance from the reference position to a subsequent reference position, at each of the timings.     摘要: A protective cover includes: a synthetic resin disc part having formed therein a separation wall which is thinner than other parts of the disc part and separates a magnetic encoder and a magnetic sensor from each other; and a synthetic resin sensor holder part protruding inward from the disc part. A gate mark caused by the injection molding is present n an outer peripheral surface of the disc part or an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical part continuous with the disc part, in the radially outer side of the separation wall. Since the gate is at the radially outer side, of the separation wall, which is near the separation wall, no charging end weld is generated on the separation wall when a molten synthetic resin material is injected from the gate into the cavity of the injection mold die and solidified in an injection molding step.
