摘要: A cooling structure of a combustor tail tube is capable of avoiding the formation of cracks in the tail tube by lessening thermal stress and preventing thermal deformation, thus extending the service life. A multiplicity of cooling jackets (5) extend in the longitudinal direction of the tail tube of a gas turbine combustor along the entire circumference of the tail tube wall. The passage sectional area of the cooling jackets (5) is varied depending on the metal temperature of parts of the tail tube (4). For example, the passage sectional area of the cooling jackets (5) formed at the rotor side wall and the mutually opposite side walls of the adjacent tail tube is larger than the passage sectional area of the cooling jackets (5) formed at the casing side wall.

摘要: It is an object to provide a repairing method for a wall member with flow passages capable of reducing the time and the cost required for a partial repairing work on the wall member with flow passages. The repairing method for the wall member with flow passages includes a removal stage of removing a portion of the wall member with flow passages (1) provided with plural flow passages (4) between the base member (2) and the plate member (3), the base member welding stage of welding the repairing base member (6) to the portion removed in the removal stage, a flow passage forming stage of providing plural overlay welds on the repairing base member (6) and forming the flow passages (4) between the overlay welded beads (8), and a plate member welding stage of welding a repairing plate member (9) onto surfaces of the plural overlay welded beads (8).

摘要: A heavy duty carriage includes a carriage body, a load receiving platform horizontally rotatably mounted on a top of the carriage body, and a plurality of caster bodies each horizontally rotatably supported by a caster shaft in a lower part of the carriage body. Each of the caster bodies has, in a lower part thereof, a front wheel rotatably supported by a front wheel shaft and rear wheels each rotatably supported by a rear wheel shaft. The front wheel and the rear wheels are positioned forward and rearward of an axial center of the caster shaft on a straight line in a horizontal direction. When the carriage body is placed on a floor surface and outer circumferences of the rear wheels contact the floor surface, an outer circumference of the front wheel does not contact the floor surface. By using four heavy duty carriages, the heavy object can be moved.

摘要: A heavy duty carriage cart is provided, which is used when moving a heavy object. The heavy object can safely be moved without being influenced by factors which obstruct the traveling of the carriage cart, such as distortions or joints of flooring material on a floor surface. In a lower part of a carriage cart main body, front rollers are pivotally supported by a front shaft, rear rollers are pivotally supported by a rear shaft, and intermediate rollers are pivotally supported by an intermediate shaft at a wheel base of the rollers. A load receiving platform, having a planar portion which is freely movable while contacting with the bottom of the heavy object, is placed on an upper part of the carriage cart main body. Four heavy duty carriage carts are used to move the heavy object.
