    摘要: A mask-cleaning apparatus includes a frame, a wet cleaning mechanism supported on the frame, and a dry cleaning mechanism supported on the frame and located after the wet cleaning mechanism in a direction of feeding a clean-room wiper. The wet cleaning mechanism wipes a mask before the dry cleaning mechanism wipes the mask. Each of the wet and dry cleaning mechanisms includes a wiping module that includes a vertical plate, a feeder reel, a retriever reel, direction-changing rollers and a pushing roller. The wiping module of the wet cleaning mechanism includes a sprayer mechanism adapted for spraying cleaning liquid onto a portion of the clean-room wiper on the pushing roller.

    摘要: A light-emitting diode chip (LED chip) including a substrate, an electrostatic conducting layer, a first type doped semiconductor layer, an active layer, a second type doped semiconductor layer, a first electrode and a second electrode is provided. The electrostatic conducting layer is disposed on the substrate, while the first type doped semiconductor layer is disposed on a partial area of the electrostatic conducting layer. The LED chip of the present invention has an electrostatic conducting layer, which protects the LED from electrostatic discharge damage (ESD damage).

    摘要: In a two-dimensional writing data method for a flash memory and a corresponding storage device the storage device includes a plurality of flash modules and a control module. The flash modules are electrically connected to the control module. The control module includes a plurality of buffers and a process unit. The buffers are electrically connected to the respective flash modules and electrically connected to the process unit. The process unit is configured for managing a plurality of memory pages of the flash modules and defining addresses of the memory pages of the flash modules to form a two-dimensional access sequence. The process unit divides data into a plurality of data packets, and transmits the data packets into the buffers in series. The data is written into the corresponding memory pages from the respective buffers, thus the access time of the storage device is decreased.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a variable voltage regulating device for modulating output voltage, comprising the implementation means of duty cycle modulation and control signal modulation. The duty cycle modulation mechanism entails the use of pulse signals with different duty cycles to produce different voltage signals in the resistor-capacitor network, which are regulated to obtain a control voltage. The original output voltage is then modulated by the control signal and the resistor network based on the Kirchhoff's current law to produce a new output voltage. The control signal modulation mechanism uses the field effect transistor switch to control the resistor network and then uses the resistor network and the Kirchhoff's current law to modulate the original output voltage and deliver a new output voltage.
