    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a compressor housing made up of a cup-like first casing having a suction port defined therein and a cap-like second casing having a discharge port defined therein. The compressor housing accommodates a stationary scroll member having a stationary end plate and a stationary scroll wrap protruding axially from the stationary end plate, and an orbiting scroll member having an orbiting end plate and an orbiting scroll wrap protruding axially from the orbiting end plate, with the orbiting scroll wrap being in engagement with the stationary scroll wrap to define a plurality of working pockets therebetween. At least one shim is interposed between mating surfaces of the first and second casings to regulate axial gaps between axial end surfaces of the stationary and orbiting scroll wraps and the orbiting and stationary end plates opposed thereto. The stationary end plate is positioned in the proximity of the mating surfaces of the first and second casings so that a low-pressure chamber is defined between the stationary end plate and the first casing, while a high-pressure chamber is defined between the stationary end plate and the second casing. The location of the stationary end plate in the proximity of the mating surfaces of the first and second casings reduces a variation in the axial gaps referred to above.

A cutter cuts the parison in a predetermined length when the predetermined length thereof is extruded, while a parison pinch holds a portion of the parison to be cut immediately before the parison is cut. The parison guide is movable in a direction crossing the moving direction of the lower molding portion in accordance with the shape of the groove while the lower molding portion is movable in the direction perpendicular to the perpendicular plane, and the parison pinch can be lowered gradually to accommodate a second portion of the parison in the groove.

    摘要: A structure of a solid-state image sensing device applicable to an HDVS is disclosed in which at least one of the transmission paths for the drive pulses used for driving vertical registers and horizontal registers can achieve reduced propagation delays and signal distortions of the drive pulses. In the first preferred embodiment, a control gate for controlling the transfer of signal charges between the horizontal registers is constituted by a first polycrystalline silicon layer, a metal wiring layer is formed and is connected to the first polycrystalline silicon layer via contact regions and transfer electrodes provided for driving the horizontal registers are constituted by second and third semiconductor layers placed between the first polycrystalline silicon layer and the metal wiring layer without contacting the contact regions. In the second preferred embodiment, the control gate is formed of a wiring layer placed above the semiconductor layers constituting the transfer electrodes of the horizontal registers. In the third preferred embodiment, shunt wiring films are formed independently on the transfer electrodes for the vertical registers of an image portion and on the transfer electrodes for those of a storage portion.

    摘要: An electrically driven compressor has a closed vessel including upper and lower vessels, a compression mechanism disposed at the upper portion of the lower vessel to communicate, on its suction side, with the inside of the lower vessel and an electric motor disposed under the compression mechanism inside the lower vessel to electrically drive the compression mechanism. The compression mechanism includes a stationary impeller component having a stationary impeller, a rotary impeller component having a rotary impeller for engaging with the stationary impeller to define a plurality of spaces to be compressed between them, a crank shaft rotatably driving the rotary impeller component, a bearing component for supporting the crank shaft, a self-rotation restricting component for restricting the self-rotation of the rotary impeller component but allowing only its forced rotation, a thrust bearing for supporting the rotary impeller component axially biased to it, and a partition frame component interposed between the stationary impeller and bearing components. The partition frame component is interposed between the upper and lower vessels at their respective open ends so that both vessels may be completely sealed through the partition frame component by welding its entire outer periphery.

    摘要: In a scroll-type compressor, the revolving motion drive shaft 16, formed on the revolving end plate 12 at the side opposite to the revolving swirl blades 11, is fitted in an eccentric bearing eccentrically disposed inside of the main shaft of the crank shaft 6. The crank shaft 6 is connected to the rotor of the electric motor and is supported at the end portion thereof opposite to the main shaft by an upper bearing of a rolling type. Above the upper bearing, a rise preventing plate 24 for preventing the crank shaft 6 from excessively rising upwards is arranged in a fixed manner. The crank shaft 6 is so shaped as to have a stepped portion where the diameter of the shaft portion mounting the rotor 5 becomes stepwise greater than that of the shaft portion fitted in the upper bearing 21. Between the stepped portion and the inner race of the upper bearing 21 is provided an elastic member 26 which can be wave shaped. Between the rise preventing plate 24 and the end portion of the crank shaft 6 opposite to the main shaft of the crank shaft 6 a narrow clearance is maintained. By applying an elastic force of the elastic member 26 on the inner race of the upper bearing in the axial direction, abnormal noises from the bearing caused by axial vibrations and resonances of the shaft system can be prevented.
