    摘要： A customized patient-specific tibial cutting block comprising a body having a bone-facing surface that has a customized patient-specific negative contour configured to receive (i) a portion of an anterior side of a patient's tibia that has a corresponding positive contour, and (ii) a portion of a medial side of the patient's tibia that has a corresponding positive contour such that, when viewed superiorly, an angle greater than zero is defined between a vertically-extending, bisecting plane of the body and a bisecting sagittal plane of the patient's tibia when the portions of the patient's tibia are received in the customized patient-specific negative contour of the body, and at least one tab extending posteriorly from the body, the at least one tab having a bone-facing surface having a customized patient-specific negative contour configured to receive a portion of the proximal side of the patient's tibia that has a corresponding positive contour.

    摘要： The present invention is a device for transferring power flow from a multidisplacement engine to a transmission. The device includes an enclosed housing having a first shell on the engine side, a second shell on the transmission side, with the housing at least partially filled with oil and connected to an external oil pump. The device also includes a planetary gear set comprising an outer ring gear, a set of intermediate planet gears contained within a planet carrier, and a sun gear attached to a stator, a first clutch pack connecting the housing and the ring gear when engaged, a piston means designed to engage the first clutch pack, and a second clutch pack which connects the ring gear with the sun gear when engaged. A preloaded diaphragm spring connects the second clutch pack with the ring gear. First and second damper spring assemblies are also disclosed.

    摘要： An improved hydration system for runners that provides superior motion control. Fluid is contained within a flexible bladder and pack, and attached to the waist. The pack is constructed of comfortable, elastic, and thermally insulating fabric. When attached to the waist, tension in the fabric compresses the bladder against the user and dampens motion. Along with reduced thickness of the fluid-filled bladder, uniform distribution of fluid in the bladder contributes to motion control and is provided by placement of the zipper in a horizontal orientation across the lower portion of the pack. Additional stability is achieved by attachment of waist straps at angles above horizontal, thereby increasing tension across the top portion of the pack, preventing it from flopping away from the user's body.
