摘要： A thermosetting resin composition capable of providing a molding, such as a resin sheet, that excels in not only dielectric characteristics but also dimensional stability at high temperature and even after exposure to high temperature thermal history, exhibits little dimensional change by the thermal history, namely, exhibiting low linear expansion coefficient. There are further provided a resin sheet and resin sheet for insulated substrate produced from the thermosetting resin composition. In particular, there is provided a thermosetting resin composition comprising an epoxy resin of 100 to 2000 epoxy equivalent, an epoxy resin hardening agent consisting of a phenolated compound, and a layered silicate, and are further provided a resin sheet comprised of the thermosetting resin composition and a resin sheet for insulated substrate comprised of the resin sheet.

摘要： On the front surface side of a cooler, a filter mounting portion provided with a filter abutment surface with which a filter is brought into abutment from the front side of the filter mounting portion is provided. The front end side of the filter pushed in from a maintenance port is pressed onto an elastic body formed of a plate spring and provided in the filter mounting portion. Thereby, by a pressing force F1 serving as a component force of a restoring force F of the elastic body, the filter is pressed onto the filter abutment surface, and by a position fixing force F2, the filter is pushed rearwards so as to ensure an engagement state of an engaging claw and an engaging hole.

A resin composition containing 100 parts by weight of a thermosetting resin and 0.1-65 parts by weight of an inorganic compound, the resin composition having a mean linear expansion coefficient (α2) of up to 17×10−3 [° C.−1] over the temperature range from a temperature 10° C. higher than a glass transition temperature of the resin composition to a temperature 50° C. higher than the glass transition temperature of the resin composition.

摘要： An upper surface part of an engine guard forming an engine room is formed by a bonnet for opening and closing a maintenance port and a fixed hood. On the lower surface side of the bonnet is disposed a movable duct in a state that when the bonnet is opened the movable duct is moved integrally with the bonnet so as to open the maintenance port. On the lower surface side of the fixed hood, is disposed a fixed duct in a state that when the bonnet is closed one end of the fixed duct is connected to one end of the movable duct in the air flow direction. An exhaust duct is formed by both the movable duct and the fixed duct.

摘要： Disclosed is a thermosetting resin composition which enables to obtain a molded article that is excellent in mechanical properties, dimensional stability and heat resistance and is further capable of maintaining the shape of the article molded before curing even after the resin composition is cured. The thermosetting resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of a thermosetting resin and 1-100 parts by weight of an inorganic compound dispersed in the thermosetting resin, and the dispersion particle diameter of the inorganic compound is not more than 2 μm. Not less than 75% of the shape of an article molded before curing is maintained after the resin composition is cured. Also disclosed are a material for substrates and a film for substrates respectively composed by using such a thermosetting resin composition.
