    摘要: A mobile telephone is provided that includes a plurality of circuit blocks and adapted to cut off the supply of power source voltage to any one of the circuit blocks. The mobile telephone also includes an interblock interface circuit provided on a signal path between an elected circuit block and a branch point at which the signal path branches into different branch paths so as to connect to other circuit blocks. The interblock interface circuit includes a signal gate for preventing signal transmission from the elected circuit block to the other circuit blocks, and includes a storage unit for storing a signal right before the power cut-off.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for producing high pressure nitrogen is provided. This system includes a first compressor for compressing air and cooling air to substantially the dew-point, a high pressure column, a medium pressure column, a conduit for introducing at least a portion of the compressed air at a base of the high pressure column; a conduit for removing a oxygen enriched liquid from the base of the high pressure column; a first valve for reducing the pressure of the oxygen enriched liquid to a medium pressure, where the medium pressure is between the high pressure and atmospheric pressure, a conduit for introducing the oxygen enriched liquid at an intermediate place of the medium pressure column; a second expander for reducing the pressure of at least a part of the liquid removed from the base of the medium pressure distillation column, to a low pressure to cool a top condenser of the medium pressure column and to form a waste vapor stream; a cold compressor for compressing a vapor stream removed form the medium pressure column, cooling the compressed vapor stream, and introducing it into the base of the high pressure column; a heat exchanger for heating the waste vapor stream, a first expander for expanding the heated stream to produce power; a conduit for withdrawing liquid from the top of the medium pressure column, pump for pumping the withdrawn liquid to high pressure and injecting it at the top of the high pressure column; and conduit for withdrawing product nitrogen from the top of the high pressure column.

    摘要: A medical stereo observation system includes a stereo imaging unit producing a first image for a left eye and a second image for a right eye that mutually have parallax and a stereo display unit capable of displaying stereoscopically the images produced by the stereo imaging unit. The stereo imaging unit has a first imaging optical system producing the first image for the left eye and a second imaging optical system producing the second image for the right eye, and focal positions of these imaging optical systems are located far away from the intersection of optical axes of the imaging optical systems, viewed from the stereo imaging unit. Whereby, a large-depth space can be comfortably observed in a wide range and a viewer can observe an observation object without bringing about a feeling of fatigue.

In the semiconductor integrated circuit device 1, repeater regions 10 where repeaters are provided as relay points for wiring are provided in the central parts of the core power source regions 2, 3 and 5, on the left side of the core power source regions 4 to 8 and at the upper and lower parts of the semiconductor integrated circuit device 1. A power switch region for repeater 11 is formed so as to surround the core power source regions 2 to 8 and the repeater regions 10. The power source lines of the reference potential connected to the repeater regions 10 are laid out at equally spaced intervals throughout the core power source regions 2 to 8, which enables the repeater regions 10 to be flexibly laid out. This permits the repeaters to be more effectively arranged, which improves the performances of semiconductor integrated circuit device 1.
