摘要： There is provided a package bag provided with a liquid pouring nozzle wherein permanent deformation of a pouring path for a packing material of the liquid pouring nozzle in a swollen direction is prevented surely to completely prevent accidental invasion of air into a package bag main body in the pouring of the packing material but also the self-sealing one-way function can be sufficiently developed in the pouring stop of the packing material. The package bag according to the invention is characterized in that the liquid pouring nozzle is constructed by laying front and rear laminate films, each of which films comprising a base film layer and a high-melting sealant layer and a low-melting sealant layer sandwiching the base film layer therebetween so as to face the high-melting sealant layers to each other and fusion-joining them at their peripheral portions other than base end sides to each other, and the base end portion of the liquid pouring nozzle is fusion-joined to a sealant layer on an inner surface of a soft package bag main body through low-melting sealant layers on the outer surface of the nozzle at a posture of protruding the nozzle from a side portion of the soft package bag main body, and also in that the opposed high-melting sealant layers in the base end portion of the liquid pouring nozzle are temporarily fused to each other.

The pouring performance and breaking resistance of the bag can be improved by reinforcing the film-shaped non-return nozzle. A flexible package bag is formed by fusion-joining a base end portion of a film-shaped non-return nozzle having an outer non-return function of preventing penetration of ambient air into the bag to inner surfaces of a side portion of a main package bag body composed of plastic laminate films and projecting therefrom. A seal section for rectification/reinforcement formed by fusing two opposed plastic laminate films is disposed at a position near to the main package bag body including a lower portion of a fused section to the base end portion of the film shaped non-return nozzle.

摘要： A coupled portion of mutual laminate films sufficiently contributes to the formation of a packaging bag in that the coupled portion itself has excellent air tightness and liquid tightness. The tensile strength required for the laminate film is given to the coupled portion, whereby a temporary stop of a packaging apparatus is useless when a connecting portion of the laminate film is passed through the apparatus, thereby enhancing the operation efficiency and improving the yield of the material. 摘要： During automatic supply and packing of a liquid composition containing granular constituents, a master liquid, not containing the granular constituents, of the liquid composition is continuously supplied to a packing bag formed from a packing film by making bottom and top seals, in this order, on the packing bag with the packing film being stroked and squeezed to remove a part of the master liquid from bag portions where the bottom and top seals are to be formed, and a second liquid, containing the granular constituents, of the liquid composition is intermittently supplied into the packing bag between the bottom and top seals. Thereby, a liquid composition containing granular constituents can be packed with the nearly same efficiency as that in continuous supply and packing of a liquid.
