    摘要: The present invention provides a compact tube clamping device 50 with a simple structure and used suitably for a hydraulic pressure tester for inspecting quality of an electric resistance welded tube. To achieve this object, a lifting/lowering base 52 including a tube support body 55 on itself is provided onto a fixed base 51 to be able to lift and lower. Clamp claws 56 are mounted in positions, between which the tube support body 55 of the lifting/lowering base 52 is sandwiched, to be able to turn. A claw drive body 58 for lifting and lowering independently of the lifting/lowering base 52 is provided in the lifting/lowering base 52. Opposite side portions of the claw drive body 58 are connected to the opposite clamp claws 56 by links 59 so as to turn the opposite clamp claws 56 in closing directions by lowering with respect to the lifting/lowering base 52. Both of a first drive mechanism 53 for driving the lifting/lowering base 52 for lifting and lowering and a second drive body 54 for driving the claw drive body 58 for lifting and lowering are provided to the fixed base 51. Because a lowering stroke of the claw drive body 58 necessary for closing operations of the clamp claws 56 is partially born by lifting of the lifting/lowering base 52 in transferring the tube, the lowering stroke of the claw drive body 58 for opening and closing the clamp claws 56 can be suppressed.

The outer circumference of a portion of a pump casing of the plunger pump for is reduced in diameter to form a reduced diameter portion. The dipstick is positioned so that a gauge portion thereof extends from an area near the outer circumference of the reduced diameter portion down to the bottom of the transmission housing.

    摘要: An oil passage extending from an oil pump to a discharge port in an internal combustion engine is, at its halfway point, branched into at least two oil passages, for example, a first oil passage and a second oil passage. One of the at least two branched oil passages, for example, the second oil passage is provided with a restricting portion configured as a first orifice for restricting a flow amount of oil by reducing a diameter of the first orifice. A bypass valve is provided which acts, when a hydraulic pressure in the second oil passage exceeds a specific value, to bypass the first orifice so as to increase the flow rate of oil. It is possible to increase the hydraulic pressure at the time of low speed rotation up to a necessary pressure only by providing the restricting portion, without enhancing the performance of the oil pump. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the increase in weight and cost of the lubricating system as compared with the prior art lubricating system in which the performance of the oil pump is enhanced, and since it is not required to increase the rotational speed of the oil pump, it is possible to prevent the loss in output of the internal combustion engine due to the increased friction of the oil pump. Further, it is possible to prevent an excessive increase in pressure of the oil passage by the effect of the bypass valve.

    摘要: To reduce the size and weight of an oil tank for a dry sump type lubricating system. A separate oil tank of a dry sump type lubricating system is mounted on the front surface of a front case cover constituting part of a crankcase divided into front and rear parts. An effective volume portion, in which oil supplied from the crankcase side via scavenging pumps and cooled by an oil cooler is contained, is provided in the oil tank. The bottom portion of the effective volume portion is connected to a feed pump on the crankcase side via an outlet side passage. A tank side pipe portion extending rearwardly through the oil tank is integrally provided at a portion of the oil tank higher than the oil level in the oil tank. The tank side pipe portion is connected to a crankcase side pipe portion integrally provided on an upper portion of the front case cover to form an overflow passage. The overflow passage functions as a pressure-equalization passage for equalizing the pressure in the oil tank with the pressure in the crankcase, and allows overflowed oil in the oil tank to readily flow into the crankcase through the upper portion of the front case cover.

    摘要: In an engine having a dry sump type lubrication structure, a feed pump, a sub-scavenging pump, and a main scavenging pump of an oil pump are all integrally provided by disposing a feed pump rotor, a sub-scavenging pump rotor, and a main scavenging pump rotor in parallel on the same common drive shaft. This arrangement reduces the necessary size and weight of a feed pump and a scavenging pump while increasing the pumping capacity thereof The oil sump is divided into a plurality of oil sumps which are different from each other in their longitudinal and lateral positions. Oil in a first oil sump and a second oil sump is pumped by the main scavenging pump and sub-scavenging pump, respectively. A housing of the oil pump is composed of a first block, a second block, a third block, and a fourth block, wherein oil passages are provided in these blocks. The oil pumped by the main scavenging pump and the oil pumped by the sub-scavenging pump are collectively discharged in a collection discharge passage via the main scavenging pump discharge port and the sub-scavenging pump discharge port, respectively, and the oil thus collected is fed to the oil tank.

    摘要: A power source apparatus for microwave oven includes a half-bridge converter including a series connection of switching elements, a series connection of resonance capacitors, and a high frequency transformer having a primary winding and a secondary winding, and the half-bridge converter is driven by an output of a diode bridge which receives a commercial power source of 200 V. A current transformer detects a current of the primary winding. A control circuit compares a voltage equal to an average value of the current detected by the current transformer and a voltage set by a microcomputer, and controls the switching elements at a frequency in proportion to a magnitude of a difference of the both voltages, whereby a high frequency high voltage is induced on the secondary winding and applied to a voltage doubler rectifying circuit, and then a direct current high voltage is applied to a magnetron.
