摘要: The present invention provides an organic thin film solar cell having a novel photoelectric conversion layer with superior conversion efficiency from light to electricity and superior carrier transportability to an electrode. The photoelectric conversion layer is arranged between a pair of electrodes at least one of which has optical transparency, and comprises a multilayer film formed by alternately laminating an electron-donating organic semiconductor thin film and an electron-accepting thin film. The electron-donating organic semiconductor thin film is formed by organic semiconductor molecules in which cyclic compounds are bound in a linear fashion.

摘要: An analysis method of designing transmission lines of an integrated circuit packaging board including an integrated circuit chip, a printed circuit board, and an interposer disposed between the integrated circuit chip and the printed circuit board. A reference data file having information for dividing a series of transmission lines into connecting sections and/or continuous sections and a division model file having information on analysis models of a connecting section and a continuous section is prepared. The connecting sections are extracted from the series of transmission lines with reference to connection information. Boundaries for dividing the series of transmission lines into sections is determined with reference to the reference data file to generate division models. The division models are synthesized to form a synthesized model of the series of transmission lines to analyze electrical characteristics of the series of transmission lines.

摘要: A process for producing a toner for development of electrostatic latent images, which is composed of colored polymer particles and has a low fixing temperature, good permeability through OHP and excellent shelf stability, by subjecting a monomer composition containing at least a polymerizable monomer and a colorant to suspension polymerization in an aqueous dispersion medium containing a dispersing agent comprises at least two steps of:(1) the first step of subjecting a monomer composition for core component containing at least one monomer for core component, which is capable of forming a polymer having a glass transition temperature not higher than 80.degree. C., and a colorant to suspension polymerization in the aqueous dispersion medium until the conversion of the monomer into the polymer reaches at least 80%, thereby preparing colored polymer particles serving as the core component; and(2) the second step of adding at least one monomer for shell component, which is capable of forming a polymer having a glass transition temperature higher than that of the polymer of the core component, or a monomer composition for shell component containing said monomer, and a water-soluble radical initiator to the reaction system containing the colored polymer particles serving as the core component to conduct a polymerization reaction, thereby forming a coating layer of the polymer serving as the shell component on surfaces of the colored polymer particles serving as the core component.

摘要: Disclosed is a sintered iron alloy, a method of manufacturing the same, a powdered mixture used for manufacturing the same and a method of modifying the surface of the iron alloy. The sintered iron alloy is produced by compacting a powdered mixture comprising: boron or boron compound which is selected from the group consisting of boron oxide, boron sulfide, boron halide, boron hydride, boric acid, borate and tetrafluoroborate; 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of graphite; and iron, and sintering it. Alternatively, the iron alloy is produced by impregnating a modifier containing boron or boron compound, into a green compact, a presintered compact or sintered body which contains iron and carbon, and heating it.

摘要: Disclosed is a manufacturing process of a sintered connecting rod assembly comprising a first member with a projection and a second member with a concavity in which the first member and the second member are mated with each other by engaging the projection with the concavity. A powdered raw material is compacted into a first compact and a second compact for the first and second members, wherein the projection of the first compact has a width slightly larger than the width of the concavity of the second compact. Then the projection of the first compact is engaged with the concavity of the second compact to mate the first compact with the second compact, thereby the projection and the concavity are tightly pressed against each other. After sintering the mated first and second compacts, they are forced to release the projection from the concavity. The die for compacting the raw material has a whole cavity and a removable core for dividing the whole cavity into two cavities.

摘要: An image receiving sheet of the present invention for receiving a desired image thereon includes a support layer and an absorbing layer containing heat-meltable or thermoplastic particles. A desired image can be formed in the absorbing layer of the image receiving sheet. Through heating the image receiving sheet formed with the desired image, the heat-meltable or thermoplastic particles are thermally melted or softened to attain a glossy and transparent surface formed with the desired image. As a result, an image bearing product coated with a glossy and transparent surface formed with the desired image is obtained. Through thermally pressing the image receiving sheet formed with the visible image toward an article of arbitrary type, on the other hand, the heat-meltable or thermoplastic particles are thermally melted or softened to be adhered to a surface of the article, so that the desired image is transferred onto the surface of the article.
