摘要: A mixed code, and a method and apparatus for encoding the same are provided. The mixed code includes a first code image region storing a first code image obtained by encoding first information using color, shading, or a combination thereof, and a second code image region storing a second code image obtained by encoding second information using color, shading, or a combination thereof. The first code image and/or the second code image includes the results of encoding interpretation information, construction information, error control information, and code direction information. The mixed code is made by adjusting the difference in color and brightness between the first and second code images to a predetermined level and combining these images.

摘要: Provided are a method and apparatus for decoding a mixed code that is a combination of first and second code images. In the method, a mixed code image is obtained by receiving the original image having the mixed code image and removing noise from the original image. Next, the colors, shades, and brightnesses of pixels of the mixed code image are categorized into groups based on a predetermined threshold, the mixed code image is divided into first and second code images, and first and second information are extracted by decoding the first and second code images, respectively. The first and second code images can be effectively decoded by decoding interpretation information, construction information, error control information, and code direction information stored in the first and/or second code images.

摘要: A nonvolatile memory device comprises a memory cell array, a page buffer, and a control circuit. The memory cell array comprises multi-level cells configured to store hard decision data bits. The page buffer is configured to sense whether each of the multi-level cells assumes an on-cell state or an off-cell state in response to a first read voltage applied to a selected wordline during a first read operation, to set first soft decision data bits according to the first read operation, and to sense one or more hard decision data bits from each of the multi-level cells in response to a second read voltage applied to the selected wordline in a second read operation. The control circuit is configured to control the first read operation and the second read operation to be performed in succession.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a digital file encryption method, a digital file decryption method, a digital file processing apparatus, and an encryption format conversion apparatus. The digital file encryption method includes encrypting a file using specific encryption information, storing the encrypted file in a file system, and storing the encryption information in a stream provided by the file system. Accordingly, since file lengths before and after encryption are identical to each other, an application needs not to consider a header length or perform offset correction when using an encrypted file.

摘要: A method of forming a hemispherical grained silicon layer includes the step of forming a first amorphous silicon layer on an integrated circuit substrate by exposing the integrated circuit substrate to a first atmosphere including a silicon source gas and an anti-nucleation gas. A hemispherical grained silicon layer is formed on the amorphous silicon layer opposite the substrate. The anti-nucleation gas can be nitrogen oxide or oxygen.
