    摘要: The present invention provides pyrazine derivatives of formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the designation of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is provided herein. The invention also provides syntheses for preparation of such compounds. The invention further provides methods of use of these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing them for treatment and/or prevention of diseases and for manufacture of medicaments. These compounds and pharmaceutical compositions have antioxidative and thrombolytic effects, and thus can be used for the treatment and/or prevention of cerebral stroke caused by ischemia, and used for manufacture of medicaments for the treatment and/or prevention of nervous system diseases caused by excessive amount of radicals and/or thrombosis, infectious diseases, metabolic system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and age-related degenerative diseases.

    摘要: A method enables multiuser and distributed “what you see is what you get” probabilistic simulation. A method projects a problem P into k sub-problem spaces with at least 1 dimension, and executes the sub-simulations for each sub-problem in parallel with user's model initialization and parameterization process. A method utilizes “Simulate As You Operate” (SAYO) and “Batch Generation Batch Computation” (BGBC) techniques to perform data retrieval, random number generation and simulation in parallel with the user's model initialization and parameterization process. An apparatus only repeats the simulation process on the affected part of the model and holds the model inputs/outputs of unaffected part of the model fixed. A communication protocol allows users at different sites or different organizations to perform real-time simulations on the same model. An apparatus enables a process of sharing and benchmarking the model-associated statistics by aggregating and publishing the submitted information by users.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to the production of highly efficient heterologous pathways in host cells by identifying favorable enzyme and/or promoter combinations. In particular the present disclosure provides methods for assembly and selection of multi-step xylose and arabinose/xylose utilization pathways from a library of fungal enzymes. The present disclosure further provides compositions containing favorable enzyme combinations, as well as recombinant yeast expressing such combinations, and methods of use for bioconversion of pentose sugars. Also provided are compositions and methods involving favorable expression patterns identified by utilization of combinations of promoters of varying strengths. Provided herein are methods for assembly and selection of multi-step xylose, arabinose/xylose, and cellobiose utilization pathways from a library of promoters of varying strengths. The present disclosure further provides compositions containing heterologous enzyme-coding polynucleotides under the control of favorable promoters, as well as recombinant yeast expressing such enzymes, and methods of their use for bioconversion of pentose and/or hexose sugars.
