摘要: An exhaust gas turbocharger housing (10) for an engine includes a main turbine housing portion (14) and a throat portion (12) defining an exhaust gas passageway (20) that is in upstream fluid communication with the main turbine housing. The exhaust passageway (20) communicates exhaust gases (EG) to the main turbine housing portion (14). A flow divider (22) generally bisects the exhaust gas passageway (20) forming a first inlet passageway (24A) and a second inlet passageway (24B). A flow hole (26) is disposed through the flow divider (22) for permitting the fluid communication of exhaust gas (EG) from the first inlet passageway (24A) to the second inlet passageway (24B).

摘要: An electric stringed musical instrument that produces and processes electric signals through an analog circuit has the analog circuit digitally controlled. The digital control is preferably such that it enables desired preset conditions for the analog circuit to be stored and later recalled in a simple, rapid manner by a musician while he or she is playing the instrument. The instrument can additionally, or alternatively, include energy management and string responsiveness features.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a reductant injection apparatus includes an injector attachment portion to which a reductant injector is coupleable. The apparatus also includes a perforated tubular portion coupled to the injector attachment portion. The perforated tubular portion includes an inlet, an outlet, and a diverging sidewall extending from the inlet to the outlet. Additionally, a plurality of perforations is formed in the sidewall. A reductant spray can be injected into the perforated tubular portion via the inlet. Further, a portion of a bulk exhaust gas stream can be diverted into the perforated tubular portion through the plurality of perforations, through the perforated tubular element, and out of the perforated tubular portion through the plurality of perforations. The portion of exhaust gas stream can then be rejoined with the bulk exhaust gas stream downstream of the perforated tubular portion.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a radiographic apparatus that utilizes a single integral housing for providing an evacuated envelope for an anode and cathode assembly. The integral housing provides sufficient radiation blocking and heat transfer characteristics such that an additional external housing is not required. The integral housing is air cooled, and thus does not utilize any coolant. In addition, the integral housing is insulated with a potting material, which electrically insulates the integral housing and its components, and also limits the amount of noise emitted from the housing during operation. In an alternative embodiment, enhanced thermal and electrically insulating properties are achieved through the use of a potting material disposed in selected areas of the tube interior. The potting material cooperates with optimized airflow through the tube assembly to effectively and continuously remove heat therefrom.
