Various embodiments are generally directed to an apparatus and method for determining a first channel occupancy for a first channel and a second channel occupancy for a second channel, determining a first channel allocation for the first channel based on the first channel occupancy and the second channel occupancy and determining a second channel allocation for the second channel based on first channel occupancy and the second channel occupancy. In addition, various embodiments may include communicating first information on the first channel based on the first channel allocation and second information on the second channel based on the second channel allocation.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to compound of Formula I, II, III, or IV, and/or a pharmaceutical acceptable addition salt thereof and/or a stereoisomer thereof and/or a solvate thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R11, and R12 are as defined in the claim 1 or as described in detail in the description of the invention, and to the use of said compounds to treat or prevent viral infections and their use to manufacture a medicine to treat or prevent viral infections, particularly infections with RNA-viruses belonging to the family of the Retroviridae, the family of the Flaviviridae and the family of the Picornaviridae and more preferably infections with Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1 (HIV1), Human Immunodeficiency Virus 2 (HN2), Hepatitis C virus (HCV), Dengue virus, and enteroviruses like Coxsackievirus, Rhinovirus and Poliovirus. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions of said compounds and the use of said pharmaceutical compositions to treat or prevent viral infections. The present invention further relates to the use of said compounds as biologically active ingredients, more specifically as medicaments for the treatment of viral disorders and pathologic conditions such as, but not limited to, viral infections with Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1 (HIV1), Human Immunodeficiency Virus 2 (HN2), Hepatitis C virus (HCV), Dengue virus, and enteroviruses like Coxsackievirus, Rhinovirus and Poliovints.
Abstract:
A garment fabric comprises a fabric support (11) for defining the shape of a garment and having a surface to at least a part of which there is secured a therapeutic fabric layer (14) by means of a flexible adhesive which comprises a herb ingredient, said flexible adhesive at least partially penetrating into each of the fabric support and the therapeutic fabric layer to provide chemical adhesion and a mechanical interlock between said layers. For forming the garment fabric the fabric support and the therapeutic fabric layer each have a layer (15, 16) of adhesive applied thereto prior to bringing the two layers of fabric into contact with one another, with the adhesive material sandwiched therebetween.
Abstract:
A determination and query is performed on wireless channel on which video data is transmitted from a transmitting wireless display or WiDi device. Based on a channel capacity and implementing an algorithm, the encoding bit rate at the transmitting WiDi device. is adaptively adjusted based on the determined channel capacity.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to computer-implemented systems and methods for establishing a wireless display connection. A user device may detect, by an RFID tag, a signal from a wireless display device. As a result, the user device may transmit, by the RFID tag to the wireless display device, radio communication information. To this end, the user device and the wireless display device may establish a radio connection. Using the radio connection, the user device may receive wireless display connection information from the wireless display device. The user device may establish, using wireless display connection information, a streaming wireless display connection with the wireless display device.
Abstract:
Recommending fonts includes obtaining a product category and determining whether a font recommendation should be made. In the event that the font recommendation should be made, the technique further includes determining a recommended font that corresponds to the product category, the determination being based at least in part on a plurality of predetermined correspondences, the plurality of predetermined correspondences indicating associations between a plurality of product categories and a respective plurality of fonts, and outputting information pertaining to the recommended font.
Abstract:
Techniques are disclosed that involve communicating in bursty noise environments. For instance, a source device may send a probing packet to a destination device. This probing packet is for determining whether the communications medium (e.g., one or more frequency channels) is currently exhibiting a busy or jammed (e.g., due to bursty noise) condition. More particularly, based on whether an acknowledgment of the probing packet is received, the source device determines whether the channel is jammed (or busy) or clear. For example, an unacknowledged probing packet indicates that the channel is jammed or busy, while an acknowledged probing packet indicates that the channel is clear. If the channel is determined to be clear, then the source device may transmit one or more data packets to the destination device. Such data packet transmissions may be in accordance with a non rate-adaptive technique.
Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method of detecting user presence, comprising registering a client associated with the user on a host associated with the user and setting up a wireless communication pairing, wherein while setting up the pairing, the client measures the host wireless communication power and uses it as calibration threshold for distance detection, and wherein the client measures a beacon power of the host radio and when the beacon power is above a threshold, the client is determined to be proximate to the host.
Abstract:
Embodiments may comprise logic such as hardware and/or code to adaptively control the transmission power for a wireless channel. In many embodiments, adaptively controlling the transmission power may reduce or, in some embodiments, minimize interference between the wireless display (WiDi) transmissions and other transmissions such as multimedia content streaming over another wireless channel to the notebook via a second generation (2G) channel, third generation (3G) channel, or a future long term evolution (LTE) channel.
