Abstract:
A method of time budgeting an integrated circuit (IC) that includes determining an initial value of time delay variables for each block of a plurality of blocks along a set of timing paths based on delays of each design module of the blocks and determining a value of at least one advanced timing factor adjusting a clock period of the IC along each timing path. The method then generates a time budget for ports along each timing path based on the value of the at least one advanced timing factor and the initial value of the time delay variable. The method then optimizes the value of time delay variables by calculating new values of the time delay variables that satisfy each timing path to minimize a possibility of timing violations and to satisfy the clock period of the IC, which is adjusted by the value of the advanced timing factor.
Abstract:
A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided to conduct a search within one or more channels and to produce search results based not only upon one or more search tokens, but also contextual characteristics, such as contextual characteristics provided by a user and/or contextual characteristics associated with the one or more channels. For example, a method is provided that receives input defining a search to be conducted within at least one channel. The input defining the search includes at least one search token and at least one context element. The method also causes a search request to be issued that includes a description of the search. Further, the method receives search results based upon the at least one search token and a combination of the at least one context element that was received and/or at least one context element that is defined by the respective channel.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound fungus polyose with the effect of enhancing immunity. The compound is prepared with raw material as follows: Lentinus edodes 8˜100, Poria cocos 15˜100, Dictyophora indusiata 10˜200, Tremella fuciformis 15˜80, Paecilomyces hepiali mycelium 2˜50. The present invention also relates to the use of compound fungus polyose in preparing health dietary supplements for enhancing immunity. The compound fungus polyose of present invention is characterized in that it uses the edible (medicinal) fungus rich in activity polyose as the main raw material and matches various kinds of polyose components, enhances body's immunity in multiple ways, and has beneficial health effects on those who are sub-health. The health dietary supplements prepared with compound fungus polyose of present invention as the main effective component has an evident effect on enhancing immunity and a satisfactory effect on the health of those who are sub-health.
Abstract:
A pre-installation environment used by an operating system includes a pre-installation kit, a running unit, and a write inhibiting unit. The running unit is used for running the pre-installation kit, and generating an inhibiting signal when running to call the executable files for configuring network environment. The write inhibiting unit is used for inhibiting information generated by running the executable files from being written into a log file in response to the inhibiting signal.

Abstract:
Exemplary methods, computer-readable media, and systems describe detecting a performance bug or a nontrivial correctness in a distributed system. The techniques describe using an online predicate checker by specifying a predicate on distributed properties of the distributed system. The process describes monitoring and checking the predicate when the system is deployed and providing a service. In response to detection of the performance bug, the process describes performing modifications of the predicate or installing new predicate.
Abstract:
Methods and arrangements for remapping the map between logical space and physical space in non-volatile storage are described. Embodiments include transformations, code, state machines or other logic to divide the non-volatile storage of the computing device into two portions, a fixed portion and a floating portion. The embodiments may also include remapping in system firmware of the computing device the current map from logical space to physical space of the floating portion of the non-volatile storage. The embodiments may also include storing the revised map. The embodiments may also include using the revised map to access the floating portion of the non-volatile storage.
Abstract:
An aspect-oriented system includes a way to access both local and remote advice that is consistent with the modularity concerns of an aspect-oriented program. During compilation of the aspect-oriented program, a weaver determines whether advice referenced by an aspect is local or remote. If the advice is local, the weaver applies the local advice to the base program. If the advice is remote, the weaver generates remote invocation code that may include client stubs and server code to handle the marshalling and unmarshalling of parameters. Invocations to the client stub are then inserted into the join points of the base program. At run-time, the server name and number that has the remote aspect is determined. When the client stub is invoked, the remote advice on the specified server may be accessed. The result is an improved weaver that may generate code to access remote advice in a different JVM.
Abstract:
Methods and apparatus to change a configuration of a processor system are disclosed. An example disclosed method calculates system configuration data during a non-quiesce state of a processing system, stores information based on the calculated system configuration data in a data buffer during the non-quiesce state of the processing system, and extracts information from the data buffer to update the configuration of the processing system while the processing system is in a quiesce state.
