摘要: The present document describes a clip for securing a tight connection between two modular panels. The connection has a male portion on a first one of the two modular panels, and a female portion on a second one of the two modular panels. The male portion is for being inserted into the female portion upon assembly of the two modular panels side by side. The clip comprises a first flat member having a first pressure edge, and a second flat member having a second pressure edge. The second flat member is fixedly joined to the first flat member. The panels are assembled in an assembly direction. Upon introduction of the first flat member into the male portion, and of the second flat member into the female portion perpendicularly to the assembly direction, the first pressure edge of the first flat member forces the male portion toward the female portion, while the second pressure edge of the second flat member forces the female portion toward the male portion. These forces secure the tight connection between the two modular panels.

摘要: There is described a method for fabricating a modular panel, the method comprising a continuous production cycle comprising: providing a space between two parallel exterior faces continuously supplied, the space also enclosed between two opposite outer edges; positioning a fastener within the space, along at least one of the two opposite outer edges, the positioning performed at a given rate to form a customized and predetermined pattern, and while the space is being provided; at least partially filling the space with an insulation layer, the insulation layer being also used for holding said fastener in place; and cutting at least the insulation layer to form the modular panel, the cutting according to the customized and predetermined pattern. There is also provided a modular panel having two parallel exterior faces for enclosing a space and a fastener, said fastener being positioned within said space during the above-mentioned continuous production cycle.

The method comprises setting at least one of a threshold and timing control values associated to operating modes of the refrigeration unit, receiving at a controller unit operating parameters representative of a condition of at least one of an accessory unit, an environment and a heat exchange unit and controlling a functioning of at least one of the accessory unit and the heat exchange unit according to the control values and the received operating parameters. Other features include communication and data logging capabilities.

摘要: An interconnectable modular panel of rectangular shape having longitudinal right-angle connecting recesses in opposed end walls thereof. An elongated connector member is secured in the connecting recess with a portion of the recess defining an abutment end wall portion which is dimensioned and adapted to receive and rest on an outer surface of another elongated connector member of a connecting element to be secured to the recess. The panel is also provided with other type connector members along the opposed side edges thereof to connect with other panels positioned edge to edge.

摘要: A slidable door for a refrigeration housing is disclosed and wherein the door is displaceable on a top support rail from a closed position over a door opening to an open position to one side of the door opening. The slidable door comprises a rectangular door panel slidably supported in a top edge thereof for displaceable support engagement with the top support rail. A guide channel is provided in a lower edge of the door panel. Spaced apart bearing posts are secured at predetermined locations in a floor adjacent the door opening, and disposed for engagement by the guide rails. The guide rail has door urging ends to displace the door panel towards the frame of the door opening to close the door opening. The top support rail is a straight rail secured at an angle with respect to the plane of the frame so that when the door panel is over the door opening it closes the opening, and when displaced to the open position, it is positioned outwardly of the plane by the supports in the top edge of the door panel and the guide rails in the lower edge thereof. A novel door frame is also disclosed.
