The rebar coupler includes a housing having first and second openings for receiving first and second rebars, respectively, and a partition disposed at a center; a mounting member inserted in each end of the housing and receiving rebars therein; a plurality of coupling members slidably disposed on the mounting member and being brought into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the inserted rebars to prevent the rebars from moving out from the rebar coupler; a resilient member configured to apply a restoring force to the coupling members so that the coupling members slid by the rebar inserted in the mounting member are returned to an original position; and a cover fastened to both ends of the housing to prevent the mounting member and the coupling members from moving out from the housing due to a tensile force of the rebar.

    摘要: A method for preparing impurity-doped titanium dioxide photocatalysts having superior photo activity at a visible light region and an ultraviolet light region in mass production. The titanium dioxide photocatalysts are prepared in mass production using low-price reusable materials at a room temperature when titanium dioxide is doped with carbon, sulfur, nitrogen, fluorine, and phosphorous. The method for preparing impurity-doped titanium dioxide representing superior photo activity in both of the ultraviolet light region and the visible light region in mass production includes: stirring titanium dioxide powder while mixing the titanium dioxide powder with a doping agent; performing ultrasonification with respect to a mixed solution; washing a reactant obtained through the ultrasonification by using a washing solution while performing pressure-reduction filtering with respect to the reactant; obtaining doped titanium dioxide particles by drying the reactant; and performing heat treatment with respect to the doped titanium dioxide particles at a nitrogen atmosphere.

Accordingly, the air temperature in an exhaust port of a drum is measured, and a water content or a temperature of a drying material can be determined on the basis of data about a gradient of the temperature change.

    摘要: A heat exchanger for a dryer includes a plurality of tube units configured to conduct warm humid air and a plurality of fin units configured to conduct a flow of ambient air. The tube units and fin units are alternately stacked to form a core. The fin units includes a plurality of air channels formed by repeatedly bending a flat metal plate in a zigzag fashion and a plurality of fins formed on surfaces of the air channels. The tube units have a duct form with both ends opened. The tube units may be formed by extrusion. A plurality of channel walls can be formed inside the tube units. A plurality of grooves or fins can also be formed inside the tube units. A plurality of channel walls can also be vertically formed inside the tube units. In this case, the grooves or fins can be formed on the channel walls. The grooves or fins can also be formed in a spiral form on the inner surfaces of the tube units.

    摘要: A heat exchanger for a dryer includes a plurality of tube units in which wet air is circulated, and a plurality of fin units alternately laminated with the plurality of tube units, in which external air flows. The tube and fin units are bonded to one another at contact portions by a cladding material interposed therebetween. The cladding material is formed of a material having a melting point lower than the melting points of the tube and fin units. The cladding material can be a metallic material including aluminum or aluminum alloy. A very thin layer of cladding material helps to increase the heat transfer efficiency of the device. Likewise, using a cladding material with good thermal transfer characteristics helps to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the device. Bonding the tube units to the fin units using such a cladding material can reduce the fabrication cost and fabrication time compared to heat exchange units where the bonding is done with an epoxy.

Because the heating unit heats the drum itself, heat generated from the heating unit is transferred to the outer surface of the drum, passes through the interior of the drum according to thermal conduction and then heats the clothes, target items to be dried, so that temperature of the entire clothes are uniformly increased to accelerate evaporation of moisture of the target items to be dried.

    摘要: A housing for modularizing a heat pump system of a clothes dryer and a clothes dryer having the same are disclosed. The heat pump system modularized housing of the clothes collectively modularizes a condenser, a compressor, an evaporator and an expansion valve that constitute the heat pump system of the clothes dryer. Not only does the heat pump system is stably mounted in the clothes dryer but also components of the heat pump system can be effectively protected. In addition, the fastening procedures of each component can be unified to simplify an assembling process of the clothes dryer, and thus, the productivity can be improved. Moreover, a structure of an internal flow path of the clothes dryer can be simplified to thus improve efficiency of the heat pump system.

Front and rear covers are attached at front and rear sides of the core. A front plate is positioned between the core and the front cover and a rear plate is positioned between the core and the rear cover. The plates have openings at locations corresponding to the opened ends of the tube units. The plates are physically coupled with the front and rear covers. The plates are also attached to the core with a cladding material by a brazing operation.
